It is excellent for enjoying the summer, well located and safe. Very cozy family home with Wi-Fi. It has a complete and well-equipped kitchen, with a microwave and electric oven, a living/dining room, smart TV, Prime video, and all the rooms are spacious and airy.

It has two bedrooms with split air-conditioning, the first equipped with a queen box bed and the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, two full bathrooms with shower, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi and lots of comfort, a full kitchen and a dining room for 6 people!

It consists of an integrated living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a service area with a barbecue grill. It has an enclosed patio and 2 parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, and you should only bring bed and bath linens.

For short stays, up to two nights, ending on a Sunday, check-out will be at 5 PM. Cozy house, with all the items for a pleasant and quiet stay. The backyard is all walled up and guests have complete privacy to spend their moments with family and friends. Your pets are welcome and will have plenty of room to play, in a very well surrounded environment.
