Beautiful house on the edge of Lagoa Doce, near Barra de Ibiraquera. Very cozy house, modern and rustic style. Suite with air-conditioning, hydro, gas heating with high-power shower. Bedroom with double bed and social bathroom with electric shower. Wide openings facing Lagoa Doce and the most beautiful sunset in the region. Good to relax and enjoy nature. The house is not so close to the beach, about 3 minutes by car, but for those who like tranquility, it is worth the distance.

The place of Livia is amazing. The house is super cozy, large garden, views of the lagoon and a quiet and quiet atmosphere. We spent 4 days in the house and we didn't have any problems and we didn't miss anything. The lagoon in front of the house is beautiful, white sand and super clear and calm water, really a paradise. The garden has a balance, an elastic bed and a doll's house, my niece played a lot, ran and took advantage of each space. Lívia was always attentive with us giving us many tips on what to do in the surroundings. It was a differentiated experience. We will return when possible.

The property is on a quiet street and the house has a lovely garden. The place was super nice, so much so that I stayed there for two months and many days I didn't even leave there. The house is impeccable, everything brand new, there is nothing obscure or crusted dirt. Less than 5 minutes walk away there is a beautiful lake that you can swim in. Up to 5 minutes by car is the beach, gym, markets, pharmacy, etc. And less than 30 minutes by car has numerous other beaches to visit. I recommend this house to people who value comfort, and I would stay there again.
