Condo holiday rentals in Imperia

As avid sailors regatta we've visited Imperia many times before for about ten years, and this is the very best apartmentwe ever rented. We spent Christmas 2024 in Nonno Vaporetto and totally liked it. Super easy communication with Gianna and there is really *NOTHING* to worry about the access to the bathroom over the balcony since the bathroom is easily warmed up. More generally, there is nothing to worry about viisiting Nonno Vaporetto in winter. It is well equipped with radiators all around (much in contrast to the apartment in Imperia we rented ealry December and where we froze our feet off). We'll be back :-).

The experience at Daniela's house was very positive, we found excellent cleanliness and she provided us with fresh fruit and water on our arrival, which we appreciated. The advice we were given for dinner proved to be very useful. Super positive experience!

I have known Imperia for many years, I find it beautiful, with wonderful beaches , walks and sea. People are hospitable and make you feel at home. Paolo's house is perfect for two people, in the heart of downtown, on a beautiful square. A few meters from the sea it is very convenient to parking, restaurants and shops, but everything in absolute peace. Impeccable cleanliness. Thank you for hosting us. Soon

I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

We had a great time at Carlotta’s place. The location was great, close to the village and amazing views of the coast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Carlotta was a great host. We will be back!

they were extremely friendly and open to support with all kind of problems. even when it is not a problem. They are totally focused in give you the best support and make you feel safe all the time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Alies's place. I would even say that the pictures don't do justice to the apartment—in reality, the place is even better! It’s a true palazzo: extremely spacious, filled with stunning antique furniture, and decorated with impeccable taste. The terrace and the view from it are priceless. For me personally, the place exceeded my expectations, and I would love to return!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Pleasant residence and well-kept apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is an excellent point to discover the Ligurian coast from Ventimiglia to Noli. The relationship with the host and his family was very caring. This gave us an excellent week's vacation. I would highly recommend this stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

Excellent stay with Grazia and her husband who are very kind and very responsive to the messages we leave them. Very clean apartment, nicely decorated, very nice small balcony on which you can eat 2 without problem. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for sleeping well and in the city center so everything is doable on foot. A big plus is the extra parking space, which is much cheaper than paying for 1 space in town! I would recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

Very last minute stay for a business trip. Good location for anywhere in Monaco. Will certainly stay again.

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a great time at this place. The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The bed was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the outside. Alain was very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the beautiful balcony, pool, local park and bakery. Walkable to the port and around the hill to Nice. It is uphill on the way back which is walkable but we used taxi since we had a 4yr old, stroller and backpack. The host was incredibly patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. We'd love to return in the future 🥰

Sandrine was very proactive and communicative. She showed up personally right upon our arrival to give us the key and a brief orientation on where to find things and how to access the pool. The home and the setting were simply beautiful and well worth what we paid. The setting was very private but was fairly far from old Nice. If you enjoy exercise and like to walk it will be perfect for you, there is also a supermarket just 100 meters away down the hill from Mont Boron. All in all a truly wonderful place and great experience!
