We are within walking distance of the beach and restaurants on the pier. Enjoy your holiday with your loved ones in this wonderful house, which is 5 minutes from the beaches in Incirlikoy and Iskele on foot, and 5 minutes from Bodrum and Kuyucak beaches by car. There is also the possibility to descend to the Aquasas Dive Center from our house via stairs. You can discover the extraordinary submarine view of Karaburun.

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.
