Modern house in gated community with 24-hour security. We are close to the headquarters of the condominium, which has a playground, lake, gym and sand soccer field. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 suites and 1 bedroom with a bathroom outside the bedroom. Only 1 suite has air conditioning; the other rooms have a fan. We have in the residence pool, barbecue, court, trampoline, orchard, pizza oven. Ideal for families! NOT outside FOR EVENTS!! We do not exceed the maximum number of hosts.
