I really liked the listing. The door system bothered me a little bit, but it's more of a cultural challenge. (I was stuck outside, but there was a spare key at the gatehouse). I heard that the region is similar to downtown São Paulo, but I found it much safer. It is perhaps more dangerous for the Swedes and Danes, but for those who are Latino and know that you should not be walking with a cell phone on the street as if you were inside the house, it's okay. I found it very safe and very well located. Dica: have breakfast in the market. The surrounding cafes are very expensive: I spent more than 80 reais on a loaf of bread + crooked coffee in the cafe that is in front of the building.

Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but is very comfortable.

Very friendly host, always attentive to what we needed, nice, pleasant and comfortable apartment, 100% recommended… We will definitely return.

The apartment is wonderful, it has all the kitchen and cleaning utensils. It was possible to wash clothes in the building. There are several mini markets next to the building. However, because it was in the center, we were alarmed about the dangerous neighborhood and there were no nearby restaurant options. We ended up having a hard time when we returned from the tours, because we couldn't find options for lunch and dinner, so we had to cook every day. Cerro Santa Lúcia is 1 km away and has a subway near the hill.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

This is probably my 4th visit to Claudio's place. It's a gem in my book. I feel like I'm at home there. The building is friendly. The place is always immaculate. The bed is comfy, the tv's are great and the view is spectacular. I enjoy having a glass of wine on the balcony with a great view of the city. Lot's of great restaurants and an easy walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend this apartment! Thanks Claudio for another wonderful stay!

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a very good stay (we stayed 7 days, 2 people), it is exactly as indicated in the ad.
