Very conveniently located, steps from the metro with good connections and a supermarket nearby

Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but is very comfortable.

Very friendly host, always attentive to what we needed, nice, pleasant and comfortable apartment, 100% recommended… We will definitely return.

11/10 recommend this super cozy 1BD Apartment. We felt right at home also did laundry which we appreciated 100%. It was easy to get to a bunch of places especially with the mall being a 10 minute max walk. Mitchell was so nice too, he helped us check in and explained everything about how certain things work. He even helped us fixed the shortage of power we created by having the US so we didn't know haha! Great stay.

This was an absolutely lovely studio. We had a great time. The place was so clean and safe.

The apartment is wonderful, it has all the kitchen and cleaning utensils. It was possible to wash clothes in the building. There are several mini markets next to the building. However, because it was in the center, we were alarmed about the dangerous neighborhood and there were no nearby restaurant options. We ended up having a hard time when we returned from the tours, because we couldn't find options for lunch and dinner, so we had to cook every day. Cerro Santa Lúcia is 1 km away and has a subway near the hill.

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

This is probably my 4th visit to Claudio's place. It's a gem in my book. I feel like I'm at home there. The building is friendly. The place is always immaculate. The bed is comfy, the tv's are great and the view is spectacular. I enjoy having a glass of wine on the balcony with a great view of the city. Lot's of great restaurants and an easy walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend this apartment! Thanks Claudio for another wonderful stay!

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a very good stay (we stayed 7 days, 2 people), it is exactly as indicated in the ad. The hosts and building staff were very helpful and friendly. In addition, the unit has air conditioning and its own parking, which is something to highlight over other options.
