While you may feel 1,000 miles away...it's a short drive to shopping, wineries, Old Town Manassas, Shenandoah Mountains, 2 Silos, DC can be a day trip. Luray Caverns can be a day trip. Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Definitely book please if you are in the Stafford Virginia area as soon as you walk in you feel at home and you feel a piece of tranquility not only is Michael and Ryan amazing and the cats are amazing as well with all their different personalities. Miles is our buddy for sure, and you can’t go wrong with the vibes if you know what I mean. Bed is extremely comfortable and bathroom, spotless and definitely a peaceful environment and community. Thank you, Michael and Ryan so much. We really appreciate you.

I had a solid stay at Haroon and Taqueer’s place. The location was convenient, and parking was ample, making it hassle-free. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The shared areas were well-maintained, and having access to the kitchen and laundry was a plus. Communication was smooth, and check-in was easy. Definitely a solid option for a comfortable and peaceful stay! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, whether traveling short-term, moving, or traveling long-term for work. Prime location in charming Occoquan. The house is and feels historic. I stayed in the most economical room since it was a very quick visit. Bed very comfortable. It, as well as shared bathroom, was very clean. Nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful and is kind suggestion. Readers know that there is no TV which I agree with in this small space. Easy check-in went smoothly.
