Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Indian Hill

Wow!! What a beautiful home, highly recommended and would love to stay and visit Gretchen's place again. Great communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect house for our visit to Cincinnati. It was located close enough to downtown, to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a bit of problem with the TV remotes but that was not a big deal. Anthony was responsive but we didn't bother him about it until then we were leaving. Place needs some landscaping but we didn't stay long enough for that to matter.

Linda’s house was perfect! The beds were super comfortable. My son loved the play room and the back yard was super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Megan was an awesome host!! Her home is so cute and well put together. She had everything you might need stocked in the house. Washer/dryer easily accessible in the kitchen. My favorite was sitting on the front porch. Neighborhood is super walkable and safe. Megan responded quickly and was easily accessible if needed. Must stay!!

Easy instructions to get in. Neighbors are nice. It’s quiet through the day and night.

This was a charming home to stay during a family visit in the city. It was as pictured, very comfortable and clean, and nicely appointed. We didn't do much cooking, but all the basics were there. I specifically appreciated the robust AC, since we were in town during a heat wave. I also appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the use of lamps in every room (touches that most Airbnbs don't include). One thing to note: we are both small people and the bathroom was quite tight even for us. If you're in a larger body, the bathroom may not be accessible.

We were in town for my son’s wedding & The Marble House was the perfect amount of space for us with just what we needed in a home away from home! The home was immaculate and the hosts cooperative with our special requests & responsive when we needed them.

This was nice rental. We only stayed one night but it was clean and well maintained. The only thing that I would note is that the entrance has many more steps than included in the picture. It is specified a single level home which was so helpful as my mom has significant mobility issues. The picture of the front of the house shows 4 or 5 steps into the house with a railing which she can do. It doesn't however show that the house is on a hill and there is another set of stairs below the ones pictured. It was difficult for my mom to traverse. I would recommend an updated photo. Everything else was great, I just make the comment in case anyone has needs like ours.

This was our second staff in Chris's apartment. We were in the area for a sports tournament in Lebanon, OH, which is about a 30 min drive from the apartment--no longer of a driving distance than the Cincinnati hotels we could have considered. We love the neighborhood with it's well-maintained historic homes. If you want dining choices that are nearby, there's plenty to pick from. Findlay Market and downtown is about a 10-15 minute drive. And the neighborhood is real close to the highway for easy access to go to other areas. Chris gives clear parking instructions, which is helpful because it's a busy street. And accessing the apartment is quite easy. Instructions to check out are also quick and easy. We were very comfortable and would stay again if we're back in the area.

I had a great trip to Covington. House was as described. Parking was easy, as was the communication. Would stay again.

We spent the past weekend at this air B&B and were pleasantly surprised at the value for money we received. It’s located across the Findlay Market and other great restaurants. The suite was easily accessible and clean. A nice touch was the Jenga and a deck of cards that were readily available for fun game nights. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to anyone making a trip down to Cincinnati!

We booked this last minute, and what a treat it was. This place was so cute and cozy. The bed was super comfortable! The water is HOT!!! The air conditioner was working on a super hot day. We didn't have time to really explore the surroundings but it was a cute town none-the-less. If we happen to come back up we would probably stay here again if it's available.

Very charming spot! Loved all the decor, lots of peaceful lighting and seating. Great walkable neighborhood. Michele was a great host and thought of everything!

A nice place to stay for a little weekend get away!

Excellent location for our son’s University of Cincinnati orientation. We frequented the Over the Rhine area for excellent restaurants and the Findley Market experience. Host perfectly responsive. And the view!!!!! We loved it!

My wife and I were traveling with our two year old daughter, and Sid’s place was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location close to downtown and all of the surrounding areas (Findlay Market, Over-the-Rhine, Newport, etc.). The place was comfy, quiet, and perfect to come back to agter running around on a super hot day (the air conditioning works great!). Thanks Sid!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
