Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Indian River County

We absolutely loved this place. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was so nice, and the whole apartment was spotless. The place is basically brand new, and located in the heart of Sebastian on the river. Brian is super quick to respond and was able to help us start our trip one day early! I'll definitely be staying again for the holidays and whenever we visit family local to the area!

The well-located condo is small but fully equipped. Full kitchen included even a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Very large TV is hung from the ceiling and easily watchable from the king size bed. Condo originally had two bar stools without back support. I asked Brian to switch them to stools with back support and he delivered such stools the next day. Can not more highly recommend this unit.

This was our second stay because we loved it there so much! It’s the perfect spot and the large shared deck is amazing with a grill and fire pit. Brian is very responsive and very friendly. It’s truly a hidden gem in Sebastian and can’t wait to book our third stay!

Amazing time love the house felt cozy

This is the ideal accommodation for a few couples or a larger single family. The spacious kitchen and family room made it easy for our group of six to hang out and never feel cramped. Great location that was walkable to downtown Vero Beach shops, restaurants, and hotels where other family were staying for the wedding we were there to celebrate. The extra space and amenities in the home made it very easy for us all to get ready versus a cramped hotel room. Beautiful home and hope it remains so for many future guests!

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Grandkids loved the pool. I practically lived on the back patio. House matches pictures and description with many thoughtful extras. The coffee bar is best we've had at an Airbnb. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and kids beach toys for a fun day at the beach. Kitchen was very nice, and family room is huge. Communication was very good. House is on an acre, trees/bushes by the pool for privacy. Many restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes. My wife and grandkids even drove to Disney for a day.

Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and very peaceful, almost feels like home. I would recommend staying here and have some relaxing time with family and friends.

Super great place to stay - very clean & homely. The house had plenty of beach/poolside supplies, super short walk to the beach & very private.

Our stay was fantastic. Julie was so responsive to all of my questions. She knew we wanted to ride bikes while we were there so she made sure to check the tires of all the bikes, and when she discovered one had a flat, she had it repaired and delivered to us the next day. The baby crib was all set up for us when we arrived, and there were baby proofing items available and a baby monitor. Also, the beds were very comfortable, including the pull out couch bed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the pool was stocked full of toys. We brought several with us that we did not need to open. Everything is between 5-10 mins from the house including the beach, restaurants, downtown, Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market. We had a great time at the South Beach access and it was not crowded. The kids played every day in the pool. I have only positive things to say about Julie and Domenico's property.
