Free street parking and well lit alley entrance.

State Fairgrounds 2 bed 1 bath w K/Q/T bed.

King bed. Steps from the Monon Trail, Walk to the Fairgrounds. Driveway, Patio, open floor plan. Streaming/Internet. Close to Broadripple. Downtown 10 min drive. Butler 8 mins. Door Keypad. Set up with King/Queen or K/Q/Tw based on needs. Limited frills, but clean/priced for those on budget. Area isn't fancy or rundown. I don’t believe in chores. Leave trash in house/sheets on bed. I am available until 10 pm on app. Don't book if barn door on the bathroom w/lock could be an issue for you.

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.
