History is important to us so we updated the space while staying true the original character & feel.

Enjoy your stay at our comfortable cottage, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the White River (10 min. from downtown & Broadripple; less than 5 min. drive from Newfields, 100 Acre Woods, and Butler University; AND walking distance to the Fitness Farm). Feel at home in this fully furnished cottage, with its up-to-date kitchen, cozy bedroom and tech-friendly living room, equipped with hi-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix and YouTube TV. I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

King bed. Steps from the Monon Trail, Walk to the Fairgrounds. Driveway, Patio, open floor plan. Streaming/Internet. Close to Broadripple. Downtown 10 min drive. Butler 8 mins. Door Keypad. Set up with King/Queen or K/Q/Tw based on needs. Limited frills, but clean/priced for those on budget. Area isn't fancy or rundown. I don’t believe in chores. Leave trash in house/sheets on bed. I am available until 10 pm on app. Don't book if barn door on the bathroom w/lock could be an issue for you.

The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck overlooking the city skyline. Plenty of comics, action figures & games to keep you entertained throughout your stay.
