Спасибо, наш отдых прошел хорошо. Вилла выглядит так как на фото, не новая мебель, но все неплохое. Удобные три спальни и гостиная, отличный бассейн, новое белье и полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое. Если нам чего то не хватало, то хозяин по нашей просьбе все доставил. Приятно было получить к новому году корзину с фруктами и конфеты детям. Нет фена и кофеварки, так что лучше захватить и учитывать это, если выберете эту виллу. Удобнее иметь машину, чтобы достать все хорошие места. На территории есть спорт зал, территория живописная. Поправилось, что на территории комплекса есть кафе, вкусные завтраки и обеды, можно заказать еду в номер. До пляжа и ближайших магазинов пешком 15 минут. Рекомендую.

This is my second time back at Ton's place. The house & room is beautiful, with a panoramic sea view of Vung Tau on a cascading slope. It's a one-of-a-kind experience, I appreciate the view every morning waking up, which feels like a vacation in Southern French. The room's clean & Ton & Thanh are very kind hosts. Ton's an intellectual with great understanding and expansive knowledge of Vietnam heritage & city development. Our group really enjoys chatting with him. I will for sure come back to this Airbnb for 3rd and 4th time

Der Aufenthalt bei den beiden war unbeschreiblich schön! Die zwei Hosts sind super süß und unglaublich nett! 😊 Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und gleichzeitig super ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und wird immer gereinigt. Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und es war super sauber. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Klare Empfehlung!

Very nice to stay here.. near to surasak bts. The room is clean and like home. But this area so many mosquito, everyday use mosquito spray and mosquito quilt. Thank you for this accommodation.

Das Apartment ist großzügig und stilvoll Thailändisch gestaltet, sehr angenehm. In der Küche findet sich das Notwendigste an Geschirr, auch eine Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank. Sehr angenehm sind die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, für Kühlung und Frischluft zu sorgen (Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Ventlatorentlüftung). Die Lage in einer ruhigen Ecke der Altstadt hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

I was so elated to find this place at the very last minute of my Bangkok trip! It’s perfectly located just a minute’s walk from Phrom Phong BTS station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back if I visit Bangkok again!

Loved our stay here! It was the peaceful nature escape we were craving for New Years Eve. The breakfast included was such a nice touch! Philip and his wife Air were such lovely hosts, so friendly and always happy to answer questions or provide suggestions for where to go in the area! We will be coming back!

even if the furniture is old, the room is charming and cozy with all the plants and a great view. stuff was very friendly, housekeeping is coming every day.

We loved our stay. The little house had everything we needed. The kitchen is super small and simple, but it works and we could cook our own meals. The place is in nature and most of the time the only thing you'll hear is the birds and crickets. It was so calm and lovely. There is one other small house on the terrain with a couple of beds, so the number of people there is always small. Montien is very kind and helpful. We had rented a scooter so we could get a round on the island.

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. Praveena was a fantastic host. She made our stay feel like home. For wheelchair travellers, Thailand is certainly not the easiest country to navigate. But here at Praveena's place, everything was truly 100% accessible. And the best part is that Praveena understands the needs of handicapped people and she just makes things possible. You don't feel like the person for whom exceptions are always made - you're "normal" when you rely on a wheelchair. Highly recommended!!

Super valuable compared to local 2-3* hotels which are very poor designed. The location is a big plus, a lot amazing street foods are around, only a couple of minutes walking distance.

Shai는 집을 꾸미기 위한 소품들을 직접 만들더라고요?! 방은 두말할 것 없이 예쁜공간이었어요! 그가 직접 만든 옷걸이들과 소품들로 꾸며져있는데, 소품들이 독특하고 멋스러워요:) 방 안에 비치된 스낵과 음료 그리고 모기기피제와 세면도구들을 보며 그가 얼마나 세심한 사람인지 알 수 있었죠👍 집주인 Shai와 이야기를 나누며 그가 굉장히 멋진 생각과 행동을 지닌 사람인걸 알게됐어요. 그는 어려운 아이들에게 본인이 줄 수 있는 방법으로 사랑을 나누고자 해요. 저희가 머무는 동안에는 아이들에게 친구가 되고자 함께 놀러간다고 하더라고요! ((우리도 함께 하고 싶었으나 비자문제로 어려워졌다는...)) Shai는 집에서 함께 만들어 마실 수 있는 음료카페를 준비하고 있대요:) 아마 그가 재배한 식물들을 함께 관찰하며 맛볼 수 있는 귀한 시간이 아닐까 합니다! 그리고 때때로 그와 그의 친구들 그리고 투숙객이 함께 바베큐도 즐길 수 있어요..! 저희가 처음 방문한 날 비자문제로 고생하고 있었는데 문제해결을 위해 그와 그의 친구가 함께 도움을 주었어요🙏 만약 Shai가 아니었다면 수월하게 문제를 해결할 수 없었을거에요ㅜㅜ 정말, 도심이 아닌 새로운 공간과 여유를 원하신다면 주저않고 이 곳에 방문해보세요. 밤에는 아름다운 별들을 볼 수 있고, 낮에는 해먹에서 잔잔하게 휴식을 취할 수 있는 곳. 저희에겐 크나큰 선물과 같은 곳이었습니다. I had an awesome stay here, the hosts are so nice and accommodating and the location is great, near everything. It’s also quiet at night so you can get some rest. Highly recommended!

We had a great time here. The place has a very cool design and the views are spectacular. We stayed here at the very end of our 3 weeks in Thailand and it was essentially our last stop so we were looking for a a slower, more quiet stay. We also stayed there for New Year which was cool. we could see fireworks from far away on Koh Phangan and very close from local resorts. it was a very unique experience. Here are a few things I would highlight: 1. The location is beautiful and quiet. its overlooking a small, mostly empty beach that's easy to get to. It's was the emptiest beach we saw on Koh Samui, everywhere was full of people 2. it's about 20 minute drive from fisherman's village which is the closest hotspot. but there are a couple small restaurants within walking distance and that's mostly what we used for dinner. 3. the hosts have a great network of activity providers so you can get help with anything you would typically get from a hotel: yoga, excursions, massage, rides,etc.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay. While there are four flights of stairs to reach it, they’re good exercise! Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but my parents (in their 70s) managed just fine. Khun Teerajit, the host, is extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring that any needs are quickly taken care of. The location is good—right next to the BTS, making it easy to get around, and situated on an authentic Bangkok street. I highly recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy some of the best Thai street food in the area. Would stay again!

After looking at hotel options in the area, with multiple name changes and scam looking reviews, we decided to check out air bnb. This home was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, clean and comfortable, exactly as listed / pictured. Check in was easy with instructions and lock box. We loved the location and frequently got water and drinks from the lady downstairs. Place was exactly what we needed for our time in Phnon Penh. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and museums and we were only a short ride away from everything else.
