Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. My house is the old tufa barn from the village bakery. Recently renovated, it is 300 meters from the Château de la Belle au bois dormant and a convenience store. The enclosed courtyard allows bikes to be stored safely. In addition to the bedroom double bed, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, equipped with a real mattress. You will also find a dvd/usb port player ( no TV channel) and board games.
