Steinsborg is a small forest gem for those who are particularly interested. Drive a couple of kilometers into the woods on a dirt road, and then you're there. The cabin is an old forest shack with a simple standard, and an outdoor toilet. The food is made over a gas stove, and a gas fridge keeps food items cool. Water is collected in the Stone Water just below. There is also a rowing boat and a canoe that you dispose of. In here, you can lower your shoulders and enjoy silence and bird chirping. Cleaning afterwards we will take care of. Welcome!

The cabin has a well equipped kitchen, dining nook, living room and bedroom with double bed. 2 - 3 beds in the annex. Not a private bathroom, but outdoor toilet and outdoor shower. Canoe and life jackets available. Nice hiking opportunities for mushrooms and berries picking. Perch and pike fishing. Free wood for the fireplace and fire pit. Great recreation for those who love nature and the outdoors.

Single-family home in the countryside

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located in the ski area, but only 5 minutes drive from Askim city center. From Askim there are train connections to Oslo. About 45 minutes train time. We have two cats who enjoy both inside and outside. Our house is well kept and clean. We ourselves have four children, the house is therefore child friendly. Glomma is a short walk away. Possible to borrow horses and lots of nice outdoor opportunities in the area Dishes are done by tenant

The forest trail begins with a steep hill and it can be wet in the woods. Furt with boots The cabin has its own beach and jetty, nicely constructed garden with many seating areas, large dog yard. If you want a different holiday / weekend then this may be the place. The place is in the woods but easily accessible, close to water and 30 min from Oslo) No water or electricity but a lot of wood and candles in stock. Enjoy the day with great walks in the beautiful woodland, wooded sauna and hot tub. and in the evening by a solid fireplace. Or maybe a fishing trip in the lake, smoking in the smokehouse and a better meal with own ingredients. Min. 2 nights

Oslo Fashion Outlet, Vestby 20 min by car.
