Very modern and spacious. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment provided everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this place. We returned because we had a very pleasant stay last time. Needless to say, our stay this time was very pleasant and peaceful as well. The host, Caitlyn, is also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who would like to live a 10 min drive away from East Lansing!!

In 2024 my son found this listing and booked the apartment for us to stay during graduation weekend. The apartment was very close to his college rental. The listing, price, host and apartment worked out so well, I rebooked for 2025 masters graduation. I highly recommend this location and apartment for any MSU events.

Boy, did we luck out!! This was our first time staying at an Air BnB and having Katharyn and Teresa as our hosts, we hit the lotto. Our stay was better than we could have ever imagined. They have thought of EVERYTHING you may need or want in the apartment which was spotless and nicely decorated . Katharyn and Teresa were very commutative, from check in to check out, the whole process could not have been easier. It is located around the corner from my daughter's house which makes it the perfect location for us, but it would be great for anyone visiting the hospital , across the street, or MSU. It is close to downtown Lansing were we watched a baseball game, we even walked to one of our favorite restaurants from the apartment. We will definitely be staying there again.

For those that use a manual wheelchair this stay is perfect! I was able to maneuver the entire first floor, 1/2 bath included, with ease! The full bath shower was able to hold my transfer bench. If you’re in a chair or know someone in a chair this is a great option. You’ll need to travel with someone able to get you up the front steps but you’ll enjoy independence once inside! For those without mobility issues this is a fantastic stay! Great communication! Easy checkin and checkout! The kitchen had everything we needed! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked! The group came for a festival and we chose to Uber once we arrived. Nice service to have access to when visiting a place you don’t know! If we are ever back in Lansing we would definitely stay again!!

The stay here was great. Very detailed instructions on how to enter, use tv, what to do when you leave. Most windows and the back sliding glass door were unlocked when we arrived, which was scary. Desk/dresser pictured is no longer there, however the corner table/desk is.

This place offers a lot for a good value. The back yard is awesome! There is a very nice fire pit and a few chairs to relax in. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. Definitely recommend staying here.

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was easy to get to and was in the middle of everything we needed. I recommend staying here. It was so peaceful and the backyard was so nice.

Had to find a spot with pretty short notice due to an issue with another booking agency. We were up for a family reunion and had three families staying here and it housed us perfect. We truly didn’t spend much time here but it served very well for what we needed.

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! Such a lovely little place, nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Lansing’s east side. Short drive to MSU. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Great amenities all around. Kitchen was well stocked. In unit laundry was quite convenient. Kevan was a fantastic host, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

Great place great location. Will look for this place first on my next trip to Lansing.

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.
