Rural located on the Island (an Ö in Umeälven) and with walking distance both from the flight and central Umeå you will find this microhouse on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. Very welcome

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. You are very close to both Ski slopes and a golf course. For more tips of activities see the section "The neighborhood".

Nice apartment of 30 sqm with a sleeping loft (140cm bed) and a sofa bed in the living room. Underfloor heating, private entrance, washing machine, shower, sauna and corner bathtub. Fast internet and free parking outside the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to nature and a lake. 10-minute walk to the local bus that goes directly to the city center without any changes. The bus runs 6 times per hour on weekdays and 4 times per hour on weekends.

Private studio and best bed in town!

Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med havet utanför dörren och somna till ljudet av vågornas vilsamma brus. Boden är utrustad för självhushåll med glas och porslin, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll med två plattor samt en kolgrill. Från fiskarna i hamnen kan du köpa färsk och förädlad fisk. Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.
