Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Maria was very helpful and responsive. Her place - For Shore, was very clean and spacious. Its quiet yet located close to the downtown. Maria is very friendly and helpful. I recommend her place for a stay in Asbury Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garrett's place. The house had a very nice, warm energy as soon as we walked in the door. From the access on the first day to the day we departed, the stay was seamless and stress-free. The kitchen and house overall were very well stocked which we really appreciated! We had great weather and really enjoyed walking to the local establishments and the beach every day. We highly recommend Garrett's place and definitely want to return.

Truly just like the photos (I would argue maybe even alittle better than the photos) - house is the perfect house for a weekend shore getaway. The heated pool is the perfect size, the loungers are great, the firepit is a fantastic feature for the evenings. The backyard gets sun all day long! House has all standard home items you could need. Super clean, well stocked. Ubers and Lyfts were 2-3 minutes away all weekend, beach is less than 5 minutes. Electric scooter station is just across the street. Parking right outside if you have more than 1 car. On check out day, I was already checking the calendar to see when there might be another availability. Kathy was very communicative and responsive- though we didn’t need her much as it was a pretty seamless stay. I want to gate keep this absolute gem but it would be a shame! Highly highly recommend! Best Airbnb I have stayed in to date.

I would highly recommend staying here. The host went above and beyond what I was expecting, showing amazing hospitality and kindness. The place has everything you need and then some. We were surprised with drinks and desserts, and a nice note welcomeing us. It is extremely clean, and the backyard is beautiful. It is clear that the host cares very much about providing the best for her guests. I look forward to staying again soon.

Sonja was among the best hosts we’ve had. Very responsive, very friendly, and certainly put the “host” in “Host”. Everything was quite clean and comfortable. There were clear instructions. We traveled with our dogs and she was quite welcoming of them. That said, we would have never known her place had ever had dogs in it - no fur or anything to suggest pups before us. So if you’re not a dog person, certainly the dog friendliness should not be a turn off. Id you are a dog person, this was a great place. A++ stay for me, my partner, and our two large dogs.
