We love it here! It’s a great place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

We had a great week at Rami's place. The view from the ninth floor balcony was beautiful... the only disappointment was that we didn't see as many dolphins as we did last year! No problems with accommodations: a/c worked great, glass sliding doors were smooth and easy to open, and all kinds of beach gear in the closet for visiting beach (chairs, sand toys for kids, large wagon for taking things to the beach or getting your groceries from car to unit).

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

Our stay was one of the best stays in St Augustine we have had in the 25+ years we have been staying for vacation. Excellent Communication and all info given for check in and house needs explained. Condo is extra clean, everything you need for kitchen and also including beach supplies. The balcony offers an ocean view which is nice! Wifi super fast and all tech up to date. The grounds are super nice with two pools which one is smaller and is helpful if you or child can't do crowds. Hot tubs super nice and with 5 on site you don't have to wait! This is an above average rental and Owner!

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Marty's place. The condo was perfectly clean and well stocked with everything we needed to get our week started. Check-in was effortless. The beds are very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and the kitchen is very weel stocked. The living room furniture was also very comfy. There was plenty of linens for us for the whole week. The condo is beautifully decorated as well. The beach is literally steps away, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool was spotless, we only went to one of the two pools, but we truly enjoyed hanging out there. We used the grill at the facility, and it was clean and easy to get too. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful landscaping. This is a gated property which was a plus for us. There are ponds for fishing, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and several hot tubs on the property. We will be booking here again next year. Thanks Marty!

Doug and Lori's place was great! Enough room for our family of 4. Having 2 beds in the second bedroom is nice, the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to walk to the beach, and this beach is wide and not crowded- a big plus. Kitchen had everything you needed. Supplied beach towels which is nice so you don't have to pack them. Only down side, we didn't stay long enough! It's a great area!

This was our second visit to Fred and Lynn's home and it didn't disappoint. When visiting other home I have always taken my own pots and pans as I always encounter cheap thrift store cookware, but not here. I left my kitchen home this trip and it was great! We love how secluded and private it is. You would never know you are only 5 minutes away from shopping and grocery stores. Especially when the local deer herd visits in the early mornings and late afternoons. We plan on returning next summer! 😊

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

What a great location!! We loved the nostalgia of the 1910 General Store. Definitely worth the money!! Great places within walking distance!

Clean and responsive — very close to beach. We didn’t go into Downtown as we were there for the Ocean. Loved the beach gear !

Great place for our last minute family of 4 plus 🐕‍🦺 weekend trip. Close & easy access to the beach. Cute older home with charm. No issues with any of the space or amenities. There was a lot of road work going on but easy to navigate around. Shar was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend her place for a stay and may be back! Walked to dinner and coffee both days. Breezy coffee & wine shop is a must!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Augustine tiny house. We had a very cozy and intimate stay just a few steps away from dining and drinks. We especially liked the proximity to restaurants and things to do while also enjoying the privacy offered. We loved this location and can’t wait to come back! The home has absolutely everything you could possibly need and is organized so well. You can tell the space was very carefully thought out and it truly doesn’t feel like a ‘tiny’ home. The memorable touch of the Polaroid to create memories was the cherry on top. Thank you for hosting us!

We ended up booking Dalerie’s place at the last minute due to a rental that did not meet our needs due to a recent surgery. Dalerie was quick to respond to our request and the place was perfect for our family. We had an 11 month old along so the availability of a highchair and the large space for us to move around was a huge win. Her house was stocked appropriately for things for the beach as well as the kitchen. The pool was a must as we have a four year-old granddaughter who loves to swim. It was the perfect opportunity in the afternoon to burn off some more energy after the beach before we went to one of many yummy places nearby for dinner. The screen porch is lovely! And her location in Vilano Beach is terrific. If you want to walk to the beach it is easily accessible down the street. We prefer Porpoise Point beach in order to drive with all our stuff and it is 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend this rental!

Jeremy’s place was everything we wanted! Incredibly clean, had everything we needed (even had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us after our 10 hour road trip). Incredibly easy access to a peaceful beach and tons of cards games and board games for downtime at the condo. He was responsive and very friendly to any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a great time! Being so close to the beach, pier and restaurants was perfect.

The location on the beach of Saint Augustine was heavenly. Angela Melanie responded to all of our questions promptly. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on the beach, walking in sand almost immediately after you exit your condo. Weekly price was great and well worth it with everything included in the condo and on the grounds. Love this place and the host and will definitely visit again.

This was our first ever Airbnb rental. They made it super easy. Everything was well maintained. Great walking distance to the beach. House was cozy and clean. if ever in the area we will be renting this home again for sure.

We booked Jody’s place two years in a row for a family vacation. Pet friendly, which is a must. Our four legged family go with us on every vacation. Excellent place and wonderful year round neighbors, I couldn’t as for much more.

Kirsten is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, historical sites and the bay front. Definitely a place I would stay at in the future.

We loved staying at Elaine’s place. We felt right at home. The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four. We came with our two daughters (6 and 7) and enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool. We were so grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out. Communication was a breeze. Responses were quick and helpful. The place is close to a coffee shop and restaurant - we walked to both. Our daughters enjoyed the games they had at the place and bocce ball outside by the tennis courts. We look forward to coming back! Thank you!!
