This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk. Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive. Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Welcome to Beatrice Street our new favorite place. Comfortable and a little bit swanky with great new amenities. Fabulous central location, walking distance to our favorite watering hole the Ave and the legendary Buster Crabb's. Light and spacious with a great enclosed courtyard, it is perfect for drinks after exploring Southland or a bit of space for your little people to let off some steam. Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. Rural living but close to town!

5+++ stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Come and stay! This home is beautiful - even better than the listed photos. Peaceful and gorgeous and open outside space. Inside was pristine and had all we needed for meals and movies and games. Very comfortable bedding and furniture. So cozy! Also, basically no stairs, so great for kids or anyone with mobility issues. Washer and dryer were so helpful to have as well. Water pressure and temperature was amazing - great tub and showers! Our family of 6 spent a wonderful three nights. Liked it so much we even added a night! Very close to Invercargill but felt remote and was so peaceful. Amazing stars at night - even shooting stars as well! We stayed in June, and the home was warm and cozy. Shay even turned on the heat before we arrived, which was so thoughtful. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions. She left activity and restaurant recommendations as well. Can’t recommended highly enough. Hope to return and stay again someday! Thanks so much,

It's close to the Queens Park and The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. There is a playground right next to the house. The house and all the necessities were well-equipped, and the heater was turned on just in time for our arrival, so we felt a nice warmth when we arrived. The thoughtfulness stood out.
