Beachfront holiday rental in Inverloch

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The place is cozy and clean. Most importantly, the host is so nice, attentive and responsive!

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Spent 5 days mid-week in winter. Loved the peace and quiet, had the whole beach to ourselves. Place was great!!

Sarah's amazing property wasnt only beautiful, but exceptionally comfortable and homely. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease and ready to relax. The local surroundings and fantastically appointed house made settling in a breeze... Our only regret is not booking for longer, as we can't wait to return and enjoy Walkerville North again soon. My group of friends and I had a fabulous weekend celebrating our milestone birthdays. The house is very comfortable for large groups and the spa was a great social space. The heater kept us cosy and we had a very enjoyable time!

Ben was an amazing host, really kind, thoughtful and pro active in getting information to us before we even thought of it.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The place was very comfortable and extremely handy being close to everything. Sally was very obliging to all our requests. We would fully recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying there!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Had a fabulous stay at this beach house! Hosts were quick to respond to our questions. Place was very clean, spacious and private. Was very handy having a full kitchen and laundry available. Amazing location to the beach and stunning views (even better than the photos). I will say, on check in it was a bit difficult to locate the lock box due to arriving after sunset. It would be nice if there was a bit more light to see the surrounds as we had no issue locating it after calling the host. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Kim's house was more than perfect, it was clean, tidy, mess free, bright and welcoming and most of all, was insanely comfortable. The home itself was emmculate, for what we paid, it would be more than keen to re book for another weekend! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Debbie's house was is wonderfully located for beach access & a peaceful getaway. We were visited by Wallabies & Kookaburra's each day which was so special for our kids to experience. Cowes is a short drive for all amenities. We had a lovely time. Debbie's was responsive & very friendly & helpful host. We will definitely try to return in future.

Book this space! I have stayed in close to 40 Airbnb’s and this was by far the cleanest place and the attention to detail was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could need and the quality of the utensils and crockery was top notch. We had a charcuterie board and there was even a board and cheese knives! The view was amazing & the access to the beach was so nice. It was so cozy at night with the heater and we appreciated the nice bathroom amenities & shower pressure. 1000/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in phillip island.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! It was even more stunning in person – the photos truly don’t do it justice. The private garden was such a peaceful spot to relax, and the modern interior was fresh, stylish, and incredibly well-kept. Everything was spotless and felt really comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. It was clear a lot of thought went into making the space feel like a home away from home. Howard was a fantastic host – always responsive and helpful, replying within 10 to 15 minutes every time. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!

What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Great place with a view of the Bass Coast to the south with sunset, and to the north with sunrise from the master bedroom. Within walking distance of the Kilcunda Trestle Bridge for photographers. Convenient base for exploring the Bass Coast from Phillip Island to Inverloch and beyond. Vicky provides helpful descriptions of the local restaurants and grocery stores in the area making it super easy to get set up. I will be back as I could only stay a few days and still have lot's of exploring to do.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.
