Beautiful apartment on the 5th and top floor. Only with elevator access. Residence with caretakers, daily maintenance, secure open parking, local shops (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, etc.). 10 minutes from the beach and Agadir city center. Very bright, 2 wrap-around terraces with outdoor lounge, table and barbecue. Ideal for families and friends! The apartment is fully equipped, typical Moroccan decoration (tadelakt). This recent appartement (2017) is located in a high standing residence with large gardens and several swimming pools. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds). One bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat TV and wifi. There are also 2 terraces.
