Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place immersed in nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

A stay to be recommended to those who need the proximity of trails,snowy or not depending on the season,but also to enjoy the silence just 20 minutes by car from the National Park and Ceppo.

Marialuisa was a fantastic host, kind, helpful and with a crazy energy that would have been enough to make the stay pleasant. The accommodation is very nice and is in a great location, it is furnished with great taste, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. Marialuisa recommended several places to dine, but the best choice was to have her prepare dinner for us, as well as being an excellent host, she is above all a great cook. I'm already planning to return to Casa Azul soon

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

I stayed for 4 days in this fantastic apartment, clean, equipped with all amenities, personal parking space, close to the square and shops, very intimate and romantic for a couple! Upstairs, there is another slightly larger apartment ideal for families, very nice and cozy! Vilma was very nice, helpful, sociable and made me feel at home, she welcomed me with some very good typical sweets! I'll definitely be back! Super recommended!!

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

New apartment in a quiet location and surrounded by hills, ideal for a relaxing break. Just a 15-minute drive from the center of Teramo and an ideal starting point for trips to the surroundings. Hosts who are available and welcoming. We had a really good time, highly recommended.

A fantastic accommodation with a lot of privacy. The outdoor kitchen was one of our highlights. Ramiro took care of all our concerns, which he did excellently. He was always available and also came by every two days to clean the pool. He always asked for permission beforehand and was always super friendly. The accommodation is dog and child friendly. Absolutely recommended
