What a beautiful home and location. I was kinda sad to walk in and didn’t have fresh eggs that others gave mentioned. There wasn’t any light breakfast items. Which did not turn me off of the place. I’m sure if I would have brought it up, Cody and his team would have responded. Cody was very responsive and even allowed us to tack on another day last minute. Based on the pictures it appeared to be more secluded than it actually was. However, that is lake life. I loved watching the birds while fishing from the dock. Caught a bunch of what I call bait fish, babies, even a perch. While the area is very congested with homes the area was very quiet and peaceful. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Cody and the rest of your team for being amazing hosts. Oh, Cody, I did finally land a bass!!!

This was my second stay and I was just as pleased as the first time. The decorations and care showing to the inside make me feel like I am at a home away from home anything I could have possibly needed was already thought of. Truly a lovely place to stay.

We had the best time! The house was so clean, everything was labeled and Brian had everything you could possibly need. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved spending time on the boat and the lake which was footsteps from the home. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to book again

We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to locate and so many great touches. I loved that each room had little fans, that there were snacks ready upon our arrival, and all of the necessities for our stay!

This place was perfect for my husband and my son and daughter in law and grandson plus we had my dad and my mother in law too. We were here for my daughter’s wedding which was in Allegan and we needed a place to spread out that had 4 bedrooms ! It was clean, big, peaceful! I would stay again 😊

Everything was excellent, we felt right at home. Our host, Tyler, was extremely kind to us, and my dogs enjoyed the backyard. Tyler was very attentive to our needs. He even went to help us look for our kitten, who had disappeared (she was finally home, super hidden), but he found out and immediately went to help us and asked the neighbors. This was invaluable to us. So, of course, my rating is 10 out of 10, absolutely recommended.

Suzanne was a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. The place accommodated our needs and was comfortable. The boat was a bonus and was a main reason we booked this. Would definitely recommend this place and Suzanne to people I know

Place was great for what we needed. Saw a concert downtown Grand Rapids one night which was about a 10 min uber ride. Super easy and close. Neighborhood seemed older but felt safe the entire stay. Could tell people took pride in their gardening and well landscaped yard just like the backyard at this house. Thought backyard was completely fenced in though when I first booked months ago. One side was open to a beautiful huge open lot. Contacted the host and they were okay with us putting up a temporary fence to close in the yard for our dogs we were traveling with. Ended up getting that at Home Depot which was also very close to the house. Worked great for our dogs to run around and play while we sat in the sun and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. It was amazing. Felt right at home.

I stayed at Suellen's place while my son was competing in Odyssey of the Mind at MSU and her place was just what I was looking for. The opportunity to chat with her during my comings and goings was an added bonus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and private place to stay with a friendly host, I highly recommend booking with her.

We loved our stay! The house is as described in the listing and was very comfortable with amazing decor. Super close to lots of great restaurants.

A home away from home. The hosts were amazing! Super easy to reach and were extremely helpful. This was the perfect place for our stay!

William was very responsive and available on-site. We ended up checking in a little late and he was accommodating. Our coach stayed here while our athletic team stayed in a house down the road, so we didn't really use the kitchen very much. The unit was tidy, no complaints. Our coach said he had a very pleasant stay.

Scott’s place was just as described and portrayed by the photos. Very clean and very comfortable. I really appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early as we flew into Lansing and planned on using public transportation. The ability to check in early allowed us to “park” our luggage at the BnB! The property is just above a brewery/restaurant which was nice…NOT loud! I really appreciated the mirror in the main space and above an electric outlet. It made getting ready much easier with 2 people than places without that forethought! 😄 The only surprise that others should be aware of is that there is no microwave! There is a GREAT compact countertop oven with 2 burners, but NO microwave. We came with our (almost) nightly bag of microwave popcorn to snack on while playing cards. Oh, well, we survived and would DEFINITELY stay at Scott’s place again sans microwave! 👍. It was a great stay in a very safe, walkable neighborhood.

The unit has everything you will need. There’s definitely thought put into the set up for the guest. My 16 year old son liked that she put a bag of popcorn out with a couple candies. He said the temp was great and he liked how she has an extra charger block there.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and cute. It was comfortable, and we had plenty of amenities. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that’s very walkable to great restaurants and cool shops.

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

This was a very nice place, and we sat on the porch each morning and drank coffee and watched a Doe and her fawns in the nearby field. We also saw a pair of sandhill cranes with a chick foraging in the fields. The coffeemaker worked great and was stocked with several kcup choices. It was very quiet and we slept in after a late concert! We highly recommend this place.

Straightforward communication and helpful when needed. Will book this place again!

Great place to stay.

In town for a mid-week family function, no hotel near our relatives’ home. This apartment/condo was a great find just a block away and a lot more room than we expected. It’s a lovely neighborhood, back off the quiet road a ways, and very clean/comfortable. The king bed and bedding were very comfortable. If we need a place again, we will be sure to stay here. Livesuites makes the entire booking, stay, and checkout a breeze. Thank you.

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

This was a wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple of days and it was the perfect place. This level of attention to detail is something that many other places lack, so I was grateful for such a great experience. The bed is comfortable and there are blackout blinds, both ensuring a great night of sleep. Definitely stay here and check out HopCat’s for a laid back dinner option with great food! I’d stay here again and again if I could :)
