Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche in einer perfekten Umgebung. Sehr gehobener Ausbaustandart, jedes Fenster hat Moskitonetze, welche unerlässlich waren, da es durch die Regentage viele Mosquitos hatte. Für Kaffeeliebhaber: Es hat sogar eine Siebträgermaschine. Vielen Dank, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, es ist noch nie schöner und größer als auf den Bildern und äußerst modern eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann unbedingt empfehlen mit den Brüdern des Gastgebers eine Rafting Tour zu unternehmen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung und ein toller Service! Auch bei anderen Fragen rund um die Umgebung und zu Land und Leuten kann der Bruder von Guxim einem spannende Sachen (auf Englisch) erzählen! Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte drängt sich aber auch niemand auf. Die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons deux bébés d’un an et demi tout est adapté (barrière, lit, chaise, jouets) La cuisine est vraiment très équipé ! Georges et Rania sont très accueillant gentils et réactif. La mer est au bout du jardin un restaurant pas très loin du logement ainsi que le port de pêche. Je vous conseille tout de même un véhicule pour les autres déplacements. Encore merci à Rania et Georges pour leur hospitalité.

Wir wurden herzlich von Alex empfangen und uns erwartete ein reichhaltig gefüllter Willkommenskorb inklusive Olivenöl und Wein (beides sehr fein) aus dem eigenen Anbau. Die Unterkunft direkt am Sandstrand war einfach nur traumhaft mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Meer ist sehr flach und bestens für kleine Kinder geeignet. Alle Fenster hatten einen Mückenschutz was Gold wert war. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Kanus kann man wunderbar auf dem Meer paddeln. Die Unterkunft von Alex und Hara kann man nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Odise och Mira var underbara värdar. Fint boende, jättefin trädgård och nära strand, matbutiker och restauranger. Huset var välstädat och fint. Högsta kvalitet. Orikum är också nära andra sevärdheter som till exempel arkeologiska parken i Orikumit samt nationalparken Llogara. Bägge sevärdheter som vi besökte (förutom stranden) och som vi kan rekommendera. Den arkeologiska parken ligger på militärt område för vilken det krävs en mindre avgift på 300LEK per person.

Views are amazing, plunge pool was perfect, AC was excellent. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.

Wij hebben 10 dagen met heel veel plezier in het huis van Georgia verbleven. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Wij waren verrast door de ruimte en comfort van en om het huis. Heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht op zee en mooie tuin met buitenkeuken en buiten douche. Ca 150m lopen naar (privé) kiezelstrand. 5 minuten per fiets of auto naar een zandstrand met ligbedjes. Wij hebben diverse leuke restaurants in Mytikas bezocht, maar ook uitstapjes gemaakt naar het dichtbij gelegen Preveza, Lefkas (prachtig eiland maar veel te druk voor ons), Archeron Springs via een mooie rit door het bergachtige binnenland en Necromanteion of Acheron. Ik beveel de woning van Georgia van harte aan als je van een rustige omgeving houdt en toch niet te ver van alle voorzieningen wilt verblijven.

Fantastic apartment, tastefully furnished and clean. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need for cooking and preparing breakfast. The living area consists of a double bed, sofa, TV and opens onto a large balcony overlooking the gulf. The house is dotted with truly beautiful and original paintings, furnishings and furnishing objects. The super friendly owners make you feel at home, they leave rusks, biscuits, fruit juice, jam, tea and coffee available for breakfast. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a various courtesy set. Small car park next to the property and a local restaurant a two minute walk away. One of those apartments where nothing is missing, perfect for those who work smart and want to enjoy a pinch of Greece, it's a shame we only stayed one night.

Een verborgen parel in een bijna privé baai bij Kalamata, perfect voor een paar dagen relaxen en genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. Zo mooi vind je ze niet vaak!

We had an incredible week at Nikos place - really peaceful and stunning views. Enjoyed walking to the marina, beaches and restaurants and using the kayak and jetty. Quite a walk (and some uphills) with our bags so worth bearing in mind for future guests. Boat to take you to mainland was €2 each and came once an hour and locals were all really friendly.

Dimitris is a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I know Greek hospitality is lovely, but Dimitris set a new standard above all my previous experiences. The home was as listed. The location was far better than I initially thought. 6-7 minutes car ride to Zante. All other parts of the island were so easily accessible as well. Xigia in less than 20 minutes. Tsilivi in 7 minutes. Kampi was 40 minutes drive. Keri was 30 minutes. His recommendations for places to eat/visit were excellent as well. This was so affordable and convenient. It all added to our Zakynthos experience. Highly recommended :)

I’ve had a truly wonderful and peaceful winter at Helen’s Home in Kefalonia. Helen is a fantastic hostess—exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always eager to help whenever I needed anything. The house has a charming, traditional "Grandma’s style", featuring a spacious yet cozy living room connected to the kitchen. Nestled in the island’s northern countryside near the village of Kardakata, and being just a few kilometers from the superb beaches of Zola, the spot is incredibly picturesque, surrounded by a grove of olive trees with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains — perfect for birdwatching, reading, or simply relaxing. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return. Thanks Helen!

Great place to stay. Great beach area and kids playground as well only about 2 minute drive away. The cottage was clean and beautiful. The only complaint is we were a group of friends travelling and the 4 bedrooms are not enclosed. You can hear everything and see lots. Its loft style with 2 bedrooms on the main and 2 rooms above those. But again, with no doors or walls it was interesting aha. I would stay again with only family in a smaller one so we could actually have privacy.
