Holiday rentals with lake access in Ionian Sea

De Diamond Suite is een ruim appartement op de begane grond, met een woon/zitkamer, twee ruime slaapkamers en een badkamer. De keuken is volledig ingericht, met ook een goede oven. We hebben natuurlijk meest buiten gezeten, op het zitje voor de deur, of de grotere tafel verderop in de ruime en goed verzorgde tuin. Een prachtig geheel, fijn om er te verblijven. Diakopto is een levendig Grieks plaatsje, dat afgezien van het startpunt van de beroemde bergtrein naar Kalavryta niet heel veel te bieden heeft, maar een goede uitvalsbasis is naar het bergachtige achterland. Om bij het huis te komen kun je het beste vanaf de oude hoofdweg Patras-Korinthe de afslag nemen naar de rotonde midden in het dorp bij de kerk, het station en de supermarkt. Van daar af heeft eigenaar Leonidas (die erg behulpzaam was) de weg naar het huis nauwkeurig bewegwijzerd met blauwe borden.

Πεντακάθαρα όλα στο σπίτι. Ήταν ότι βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ότι χρειαστεικα αμέσως είχα απάντηση και λύση. Εύκολη περιοχή, ήσυχα και με πολύ ωραίο ταβερνάκια στα 200 μέτρα απ το σπίτι.!!

Bel appartement dans une maison au calme proche des magasins, restaurants et magnifiques plages. Aresti-Blerina est une hôte très réactive, elle est même venue nous voir pour savoir si tout allait bien ; elle est très sympathique. J’attribue un 4 étoiles.

Calm and easy place to stay! The host is nice and quick in response! It is a nice small apartment with very easy access. There is a beautiful lake around the city. The price is a normal for two persons and a bit higher when you alone!

The apartment is simply perfect. It is spacious and has everything a person might need. It is very clean and actually much better than it looked in the photos.. Its location iss great too, one minute walk from the lake and 2 minutes walk the other direction to the city center. The apartment is very private with its own outdoor space and is very quiet during day and night. For its price, it is a little gem. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I had a great stay with my family :)

Αρχικά θέλω να πω ,πως ο οικοδεσπότης ήτανε εξαιρετικός! Ο άνθρωπος κάθε φορά που με έβλεπε έξω μου έλεγε πως ότι χρειαστούμε να του χτυπήσουμε την πόρτα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ καθαρό Πραγματικά θα ερχόμουνα ξανά και ξανά αν βρισκόμουν στα Γιάννενα Πραγματικά μπράβο σας!!!!

We had a great stay at Antonis place, he was really friendly and gave us a lot of tipps what to do in corfu. The Apartment was clean and we had a great view from the balcony.

Υπέροχο ΣΠΙΤΙ σε πολύ όμορφη γειτονιά του χωριού. Κοντά στην Κέρκυρα αλλά και σε παραλίες. Η ταβέρνα της κ. Αννας ένα νοσταλγικό όνειρο. Υπέροχος άνθρωπος η ίδια και η κόρη της! Ήταν πάντα πρόσχαρες και βοηθητικές σε ότι και να θέλαμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!!

Το σπίτι ήταν στον 2ο όροφο όπου ανεβαίνεις με σκάλες δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, εμάς αυτό δεν μας ενόχλησε όμως! Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς! Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν καθαριότητα και το αγαπημένο μου είχε καλοριφέρ για να ζεσταθείς το βράδυ! Έχει επίσης πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι να καθίσεις έξω. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καινούργιο σφουγγάρι κουζίνας. Παρόλα αυτά αν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο σπίτι το οποίο είναι μόλις 9 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο!! Το συνιστώ!

Отличное расположение, вдали от шума, до порта и остановки автобуса в аэропорт 10 минут, рядом есть место для купания. Квартира чистая, удобные кровати, чистое белье,в кухне минимум необходимое для приготовления еды. Хозяева всегда на связи, помогают советами. Цена соответствует качеству. Рекомендую.

Très bien situé pour les randos dans les Zagorias. Calme et proche des commerces . Hôte très serviable et agréable. Nous recommandons

Άψογο το σπίτι, η γειτονιά, και η επικοινωνία. Στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια είχες τα πάντα, φαγητό, ποτό, ψώνια, το κάστρο με την λίμνη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα εμένα στο ίδιο σπίτι. 🥰

Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes. Nous somme rester 3 nuits dans le logement. Séjour impeccable rien à redire charmante maison très propre et spacieuse. Extérieur incroyable nous avons même organisé un barbecue. La localisation top près de plusieurs petit market ou même du centre ville de sarande. Je recommande a 100%

We stayed in Angelos apartment a week in June. Perfect for a family or friend group. Large areas and bedrooms with the facilities you need. Angelo was very kind and flexible and always replied right away. The location was great, super close to Ligia beach and also the bus stop to Lefkada town/Nidri. I really recommend Angelo’s apartment!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Stathis. Georgia avait préparé des choses pour notre arrivée : Super ! Nous n'avons vu ça nulle part ailleurs ! La maison est grande et propre. La piscine est super !! Stathis et Georgia nous ont également conviés à la fête du village. De supers hôtes ! Il faut noter que la maison est dans un village en montagne. La vue est super. L'endroit est très calme et reposant.

Socrates nagyon barátságos, segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlom a helyet azoknak, akik csöndes pihenésre vágynak és nem szeretik a nagy nyüzsgést és zsúfoltságot.

Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο,ένα πανέμορφο σημείο (η θέα της λίμνης απίστευτη)το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο,cosy χώρος που δε θες να φύγεις και ο Ηλίας απίστευτος οικοδεσπότης ,μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ ,Ηλία σε ευχαριστούμε ελπίζω να καταφέρουμε να ξαναέρθουμε για περισσότερες ημέρες στο μέλλον!!

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im Haus. Dieses ist mit einem großen Garten und zwei Terrassen ausgestattet. Im Garten wachsen unter anderem Feigen, Zitronen und Granatäpfel, welche uns sogar geschenkt wurden. Die Küche war zum Kochen gut geeignet. Babyfreundliche Ausstattung (Hochstuhl, Gitterbett, kleiner Topf zum Brei kochen, Babydecke) und sehr babyfreundliche Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation mit Natascha und ihrer Mutter war exzellent. Wir haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen auf Korfu bekommen und uns wurde bei Fragen immer zügig geantwortet. Strand fußläufig erreichbar mit einem Restaurant mit guten griechischen Speisen und fairen Preisen. Außer in der Nachbarunterkunft keine anderen Menschen in der Nähe, herrliche Ruhe.

If you are looking for a beautifully renovated space (original stone structure is maintained) in an authentic Greek village, this is the place for you! 10 min drive to the gorgeous Polylimnio Falls with a beautiful herb and vegetable garden in the front yard that the hosts encouraged us to use, makes this a perfect place to retreat to. The hosts were excellent communicators and called us to tell us that there was a celebration in the village square that we could go and check out. The wine that was gifted to us was delicious! Everything is in pristine condition and works perfectly as it is all brand new.

Στο σπίτι της Κας Νίκης περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Το σπίτι είναι μέσα στο πράσινο σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και την Αλβανία. Το πρωί κάθεσαι στη μεγάλη βεράντα και απολαμβάνεις το πρωινό σου μέσα στην ηρεμία βλέποντας την θάλασσα και τα σκάφη που περνάνε και το απόγευμα κάνεις ένα μπάνιο στο εξωτερικό ντους μέσα στη φύση. Μου θύμισε διακοπές των παιδικών μου χρόνων. Η μικρή παραλία κάτω από το σπίτι είναι μαγευτική αλλά σίγουρα η πρόσβαση είναι δύσκολη. Αν ήταν εύκολη θα ήταν γεμάτη κόσμο. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα αλλά σίγουρα δεν είναι luxury βίλα. Είναι country house, ένα απλό σπίτι μέσα στη φύση με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Τζιτζίκια , υπέροχοι γρύλοι και κάποιες επισκέψεις από μέλισσες ήταν οι μόνες επισκέψεις. Κάποια πράγματα όπως το μπάνιο, χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Εμείς και τα δυο σκυλιά μας περάσαμε όμορφες , ανέμελες διακοπές. Ευχαριστούμε.

We absolutely loved Konaki. It’s such a special and unique place. The history of the building is very cool and it is so relaxing and quaint. Also has all the comforts of modernity despite its age & rustic charm. Artemis was extremely helpful and had great suggestions for hikes and activities. Everyone at Montanema was so wonderful and our stay was absolutely magical! We can’t wait to return.
