Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda.  KEA Architect's The Haven Cottage, Quiet Nature

The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. There is access to a large covered terrace, one open kitchen sink, one wood dining table and deck chairs, which allow you to enjoy the sea view.

This beautifully decorated house in located in a unique spot at the very edge of Otzias beach. With its very own beach rock with platform and umbrella, you can have a very private swim & sunbathe. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

A unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.

This house is a stand alone villa house with outdoor area and you might see other guest from other villas The house is 150 meters from the Main Villa and next to another 1 bedroom studio.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
