Nihat Bey gayet yardımsever ve iyi niyetli. Evin konumu da merkezi olmasından dolayı çok iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.

Sinan bey çok misafirperver gece geç saatinde rezervasyon yapmama rağmen çok hızlı geri dönüş yaptı ve kusursuz bir şekilde daireye yerleştik, Sinan bey her konuda bize yardımcı oldu, eğer Van'da kalacak yer arıyorsanız kesinlikle öneririm.

Thank you Ali. The place was really nice with a great view. Ali is very nice and responsive. Unfortunately during our stay the dishwasher didn’t work but hopefully it’ll be fixed for the next guests. Ali was very nice to send us some Baklava as an apology for the dishwasher which means he really cares about the guests and is a great host. Thank you Ali.

Ev sahibi oldukça ilgiliydi. Odada çay bulunmamasına rağmen isteğim üzerine çay bulundurmuşlardı. Benim önceliğim hijyen olduğu için son derece hijyenikti. Tekrar Van'a seyahat edersem ilk tercihim içinde olacak. Teşekkür ederim.

Esma place is a beautiful apartment in a peaceful residential area, close to airport. Everything is as described - new, clean, functional. The only problem was finding the precise location on Google Maps - the exact spot on the map seems to be 50 m further from the actual block. Everything else was simply perfect. thank you Esma Marek

Alles gut gegangen! nettes Aparthotel in Van!

Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Il y a une réception 24/24 ce qui est très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ. L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre de Van. Il y a une cuisine mais très peu d’ustensiles (pas même une assiette) donc difficile de l’utiliser..

Herkese merhaba. 1 gece 2 gün şeklinde bir tatil yaptık eşimle. Öncelikle resepsiyonda bizi Reşat bey karşıladı. Herseyi şeffaf bir şekilde anlattı. Hersey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Ufak tefek eksikleri bildirdiğimiz de hemen halletti. Şehirde ne nerde nasıl gidilir hepsini güzelce anlattı sağolsun. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Hersey için teşekkürler.

I’d like to say that Orhan was a very kind host and I really enjoyed the room I booked. I’d definitely love to stay in the same room again if I return to Van. In my opinion, everything described in the listing was accurate — the house was clean and well cared for, and I can’t really find any major faults. It’s a warm and welcoming space that most people can enjoy. --- Let me know if you’d like a more formal version or want to add any specific details.
