In our space, we try, as much as possible, to provide a lot of privacy. It is not an extra room in the house, but rather a Studio with a separate and independent entrance, for a comfortable stay, without any inconvenience to you. It consists of a double bed, closet, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, table and chairs, ceiling fan and a private and independent bathroom. Our family does not have access to the space when it is being used. 2 km from Pq Anhembi - 3 km from Santana Metro and Pró Magno Event Center - 4 km, Barra Funda Terminal; Espaço das Américas; Vila Country; Expo-Barra Funda and Allianz Parque; 6 km from SP Center and Av. Paulista Avenue. Also, 30 minutes by bus to the Rua 25 de Março region.

This space is on the ground floor of a 5-story house. Fully independent with garage entrance. No one else lives on the floor. The room is huge, carpeted, bright and airy. Clean and quiet. Desk and office chair, blackout curtain. Box bed (double) and extra bed (twin). 3 large windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a bidet, glass shower and wonderful gas heating). Dream house (villa with gate) in Pinheiros

Casinha de Vila (closed, with gate) located in the heart of Pinheiros. A village house with private access, very safe, parking for up to two cars, pet & family friendly. To forget the madness of the city that never stops and feel as if you were in a beach house. There is a star monkey (white-tufted marmoset) who is wild and lives in the vicinity and occasionally likes to visit the house, affectionately known as Maurício.

Back house

Embrace simplicity in this cozy and well-located space in the heart of Vila Madalena. Whatever you need is at hand: bars, restaurants, 24-hour bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and lots of art. There is also a bus stop practically at the door of the house, two nearby subway lines and even a taxi stand to facilitate your travel around the city. The house is in the back, is quiet, well lit, airy and has a nice patio.
