We did some work in this village years ago and fell in love. We quickly came back to set up tourism businesses with the local community to share this amazing place with you...our guest. Um Qais is a sleepy village with deep historical roots, one of the Decapolis cities of ancient Rome is located here; the village is also known for its incredible views of the Golan Heights, the Sea of Galilee, and the rolling hills of the Yarmouk Nature Reserve. The local cuisine is also a must try!

The Blue House "Gerasa"

It was originally built as a family home 1982, by one the christians inhabitant of Jerash, emigrated to the USA. The facility was rented in 2007, to Gabriel Umbert, part of the French archaeological team. He fill in love with the city, and transformed the house to an art and culture corner. Now we invested in the refurbishment and renovation of rooms and ancillary rooms, to make it as a hostel, keeping the art concepts everlasting.
