Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Iron County

We really enjoyed staying here! Our hosts were very attentive from the first day until the last. They were super helpful as we had never visited this state. I would certainly book again with them if in the area and would highly recommend this charming place!

The place was great! It should probably be noted on the booking that under 5 years old aren’t allowed in the hot tub. I wouldn’t have booked having known that as I wasn’t able to get in with our 3(almost 4) year old. The only reason for booking this one was the hot tub. The rules on the hot tub say under 5 prohibited so it should also state that when booking. Otherwise it was as stated.

Nicole was an exceptional host. The house is beautiful and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A short drive to main street and a lot of decent places to eat and drink. The views from both the front and back patios are breathtaking. The front yard was a perfect area for our dogs, fenced in and lots of room for them to explore. Tons of room inside the house including large sized bedrooms and a huge walk-in laundry room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cookware, utensils, tableware and ever a nice variety of spices. Nice gas grill on the back patio. Being able to park in the garage was a great and convenient benefit. We would definitely stay here again when back in Cedar City!

This home is in a great location close to Main Street and I-15, making it very convenient for us as travelers. It was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for our family, and we really appreciated the reclining sofa and chair after a long day of hiking! We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at some Airbnb's before where there was a kitchen with no utensils or even trash bags. This place was loaded with everything you could ever need including shampoo and conditioner. It was clean, it was peaceful and the backyard was beautiful. Extremely cozy and for the price it couldn't be better! I would definitely recommend

Great place to stay

Anna went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. It's a great value considering the jacuzzi, pool, and game room were all operational. We used it as a hub to explore the canyons. After hiking, the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered! We'll be back.

This was the perfect location for us between trips from Capitol Reef to St. George. The location is central, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the washer and dryer are SO GOOD. Thank you, Tyler!

Vinny was the perfect host. Super friendly guy who met us on our first day and checked us in The apartment was exactly as described and just what we needed. Great location for exploring the local national parks and area. The accommodation had everything required and was pristine, comfy bed, and all the amenities needed. On our last night we shared a glass of wine with Vinny on the back deck and that capped off a perfect stay Highly recommended

Jaxon's house is great. Easy to find. Recommend to anyone who wants to visit National parks nearby.

Had a wonderful stay. Great directions to the property & the accommodations exactly as described, with some fresh eggs left on the counter for us! The location was quiet & perfect for us, easy drive to Cedar City, Kolob right there, & Zion just a little further. Amazing day hikes are outside the parks are everywhere as well. The space was very roomy, homey & comfortable. Though you could hear folks walking about above you, it wasn't troublesome, & the space absolutely did NOT feel like a basement! We didn't use the hot tub, but the bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub, great after a long day of hiking. If we came again (we totally would!) we'd bring an extension cord for our gadgets, as the wall plugs are away from the couch. Also, because I'm a little sensitive to scents, I would ask for the plug-in air freshener to be removed before arrival (I hadn't asked about it beforehand & it was not a big deal at all). Kristin was responsive & helpful when we had questions! Thank you!

This place was a gem! Very cozy and well located. Great if you intend to visit both Zion and Bryce. Would definitely stay again and would love to visit during ski season! Only thing to consider is to get your groceries ahead as the options are very limited/close early.

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.

It's a nice little place, we explored the area for several days. The kitchenette is just enough for basic cooking. Quiet lodge with plenty of parking.

We just stayed one night but absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfortable, great beds, well stocked, and everything worked perfectly. Seriously 10/10! We would gladly stay again!
