Clean, neat, fresh renovation. There is everything you need for living. The location is almost in the center of the city, next to a beautiful promenade, but at the same time, it is a quiet place. I was satisfied with the choice of accommodation. I definitely recommend it!

I rented the place for half a year. The apartment is quite comfortable for a long stay (there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishes, gas column). I liked the location: there is a park with a river, a water park and even a brewery nearby. It's a little far to the center, a 20-minute walk at a fast pace. The owner is a very nice person, easy to communicate with and resolve issues.
