O chalé fica a 6 km do Patrimônio da Penha e a 16 km de Pedra Roxa. A cidade mais próxima (Santa Marta) fica a 4 km onde tem supermercado, posto de gasolina, farmácia e restaurante. Temos wi-fi via rádio ( área rural). O chalé fica apenas a 1,5 km do asfalto ( estrada não pavimentada).

We were here for several days and everything was great. The house is new, large and comfortable, everything was super clean and tidy. You have everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and towels, soap, cooking utensils, washing machine... we didn't lack anything. We came very well that the parking of the house was ample and no height limit as we traveled with a large van and were able to enter without problems. Regarding the location, the house is in the village of Santa Marta where there are several shops and grocery stores. The village is quiet to walk around. In the surroundings and a few kilometers away there are a lot of very nice cachoeiras that can be reached by car. And also Caparaó National Park. It really worth it. Vera was super friendly and was always attentive to make sure everything was fine. She also gave us some recommendations for places to check out. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days. A beautiful and very well-appointed house, equipped with everything the guest needs for their comfort. A place of peace and quiet and to enjoy the unique nature around. In the middle of the coffee plantation of Caparaó, Espírito Santo. Birds of all kinds, parrots, canaries, hummingbirds, lizards and fireflies (several) blinking at night putting on their light show. We woke up to the sounds of birds singing and the nights were wonderful and quiet to rest. Mrs. Sonia and Silvia welcomed us with a lot of love and affection. Extremely kind, attentive and friendly. They met all our needs and expectations. A delicious breakfast with cakes, breads and jams all made with great affection by Mrs. Sonia. Unforgettable place!! We'll be back whenever we can

House as described, very comfortable and clean. Very warm electric shower, I thought it wouldn't be able to handle it, but I had no problems. The view is beautiful. The host gave us great directions and suggestions for places to go, and he was super helpful. Note: for future guests, beware of spiders, on the days we stayed, we found 3 inside the house and 1 outside. It is worth remembering that the house is in the middle of nature, but it is important to be alert.

So good, this is our 2nd time in the house. We find improvements: hot/ cold air conditioning, more comfort in the seasons. And huge TV in the room too. It is a perfect home to rest comfortably, full of useful accessories, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great location.

Casa da Alba is simply wonderful. A super cozy house, well equipped, and with a breathtaking view. We had days with very good weather, the view of the starry sky from the house is simply spectacular. In addition, the wood stove makes the experience even cooler, not to mention that it makes the house warm on cold days. We had a great time and hope to return.
