My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do not allow pets and have parking for one vehicle. Generally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am but I am flexible when possible. From June 19, 2021 - September 4, 2021, 7-day min. only with check-in on Saturday and check-out on following Saturday. The rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum

The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

This was our second visit. My friends and I had a great time. Rob called us to make sure all was good!! We are planning a stay hopefully for September 2025. Beach was beautiful… house was nice and comfortable for the four of us. Loved having a bedroom for each of us!! Rob, thank you for sharing your home.
