Thank u so much my friends for making our stay just perfect! The house was fantastic n the care taken to make sure we were comfortable is just incredible. I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Nice place, spacious room, clean

A nice place to stay and got a lot of things can play inside. The pool table and mahjong table etc. Recommended and will go again next time for party!

Suitable for my family. came here to visit my SIL. with 7 people with 2 kid. even though there are 3 rooms without air conditioning, but its okay. the house is still comfortable. close to the mosque. the living room is big yes. thanks to the host. at that price I think the house is worth it big like that. and beautiful as the design of the house. feel like a home. will come back again if we go to Johor .

Public parking freely available. house is on third floor, no lift, stairs only. huge house with pool table, karaoke, mahjong. good affordable local food just downstairs or across the road. conveniently located directly opposite the Tasik Central Mall with Burger King and supermarket. rooms are big, comfortable beds and easily sleeps ten to 14 pax in its two bedrooms. no ensuite toilets in the rooms. two bathrooms are next to the kitchen behind a door with hot water heaters. don't think there was a washing machine but there is a self paying laundromat just a few steps away. overall a great stay. great fun for everyone.

Great spot for large groups. Place is as pictured and described. Everything was clean and tidy. Our group enjoyed the facilities. Would recommend.

Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. 1st stay with this host. At the time of our booking, there were only 3 reviews (all 5 stars). We took the plunge & went for it. Location is slightly further (maybe just 2 more mins drive) than the 1 we stayed a week earlier opposite the Mall of Medini. But the cleanliness, space, new fittings made up for it. Clear instructions for check in were given together with videos. From the vehicle lobby, to the ramp access to the carpark, every is fantastic. No balcony means we don't have to worry about the little ones accessing Our kids love the place. Would definitely go back

It’s a nice place. Well decorated and thought out. There was a rather nice big TV with Netflix which was good for me and I didn’t have to sign in to my own account. Also, dining table well laid out, sufficient bins, tissue paper etc. overall, I had a pretty good stay.

I will rent the place again

We had a great 3D2N stay at Han's place! Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were games to play, which kept us entertained, and the pool was definitely a highlight. My kids absolutely loved it, especially the water pistol! It was a fun and relaxing stay for the whole family. Highly recommended. We’d love to come again!

Great deal for this amazing room

At first, there was confusion because the posted address was different, but the conclusion was a very good choice. The host's quick response was good, the residence itself was well-managed, and the security facilities were good. There were cleaning tools and cooking utensils in the house, and there was even a washer-dryer, so I was very satisfied!!
