This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The view was absolutely amazing. The apartment was within walking distance to many places and right in town. Alejo was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations on places to visit and hike. We would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking to visit Ushuaia!

Un departamento limpio, útil y bien ubicado para las actividades que realizamos en Ushuaia durante 6 días, la lavadora y secadora a buen precio y fáciles de utilizar, si bien no estuvieron dentro del depto fueron muy convenientes, el anfitrion muy atento, el estacionamiento al interior del complejo de departamento excelente, nuestra estancia fue genial regresaría sin dudarlo.

Amazing view and very quiet, good location! Not in the main street, but if you don't want to hear loud motorcycle engines all night, you will have to be a bit away from the main street. Stairs and hills are to be expected in Ushuaia. Building is quiet, friendly and safe, host is very responsive, the apartment has everything you need to stay and cook: functional kitchen, good shower, nice bed and, again, THAT VIEW! Internet is also very good! Laundry is not inside the unit, but it's inside the building and it was pretty easy to use at a reasonable price. Would stay again and recommend!

Wir waren wir vierköpfige Familie in der Unterkunft von Christian. Eie einfache, aber praktische Unterkunft für vier Personen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Zustand sogar besser, als man es vielleicht von den Fotos denkt. der Gastgeber ist freundlich und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

We had great time as a group of friends in Raul’s place. It was comfortable, warm and with lots of hot water. Communication with Raul was easy and I would recommend his place to anyone.

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the downtown and directly across from the Magellan Strait. A great place to make your home base for exploring the area. Beds were comfortable.

Tuvimos una estadía excelente. La casa es hermosa, muy cómoda y perfectamente equipada para grupos. El entorno es precioso y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de recorrer los senderos cercanos. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Como única sugerencia, sería ideal revisar el sistema de agua caliente. Éramos un grupo grande y, aunque es natural que algunos se ducharan en la noche al volver de caminar, al día siguiente el termo no alcanzaba para todos, y algunos terminaban con agua fría. No es una gran crítica, pero con un sistema un poco más grande o de recuperación más rápida, sería perfecto. Sin duda recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos felices.

Este alojamiento fue perfecto para nuestra familia de 8 personas, estaba súper…. limpio, todo tenía un olor delicioso, que hasta olvidamos preguntar qué le ponía a las sábanas para que olieran así! Todo funcionaba correctamente y NUNCA tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Máximo nos recibió con una enorme sonrisa y SIEMPRE fue súper amable! La casa estaba ubicada a unos 2 kilómetros del centro y súper equipada. En resumen, sin palabras! Maximo tiene un 200 en todo, súper recomendado… Muy agradecidos por ese calor humano y hospitalidad 🫶🙏🏼.

Localização ótima, uma rapida caminhada e ja se está na Av. San Martin. Local tranquilo, muito confortável e agradável. Tem todos os utensílios necessários, espaço muito bom e organizado. Recomendo

Gabriel provided a very relaxing place for us to stay. It is a lovely two level apartment with everything we needed. The views are fantastic looking out over the city centre and harbour and a stone's through from the main museum and a couple of blocks from the main Street. It was our second stay there and we recommend this apartment highly. We would go back if again in the area.

Todo estuvo perfecto, súper limpio, con todo lo necesario y la vista es espectacular. No está exactamente en el centro pero nosotros teníamos auto rentado y en 5 minutos estábamos en la plaza, restaurantes, etc. muy recomendable!

Maravilhoso o apartamento!! não é tão perto do centro (fica na zona industrial da cidade), mas tem ônibus que pega bem perto do apartamento. supermercado perto. lavanderia para lavar roupas utensílios de cozinha novos . móveis novos. apartamento novo. fechadura eletrônica. tv smart. chuveiro bom e quente. aquecedor maravilhoso. tinha azeite, sal e temperos que não precisamos comprar. voltaria!!!
