TV, air conditioning, hot water. It has a queen size bed and a hammock for when it is 3 people. It is in a central area but the street is not noisy, very quiet to rest after a tiring day of tour and beach. Two blocks from the park and 5 minutes from the beach and 10 from the pier, walking distance.
