Alojamiento tranquilo. Muy buena ubicación, acceso pavimentado, amplio estacionamiento, alumbrado público, espacioso, A/C frío, Smarttv, cocina, refrigerador, barra, agua fría/caliente (boiler). A 4 cuadras del Mar. Excelente opción para descansar y para pescar. Espacio para 8 personas (2 recámaras matrimoniales y 2 sofácama) Rondas de vigilancia ya que está ubicado frente a zona escolar y estadio de futbol (no hay vecinos). Cuenta con área para filetear y escalera para abordar la embarcación.
