Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43 TV", comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the apartment and the contracted rate. The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. In the bright and pleasant apartment there is a very quaint inner courtyard with plants and seating area to have a drink. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and all cleaning supplies you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge. In the building we have a large terrace for common use for all guests of the building. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit.
