Holiday rentals with beach access in Isla Mujeres

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Very niice host

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Gabriela and Gina were great in response to my inquiries. Gina was in person at the casa when I arrived and showed me the room and other amenities. I gave five stars for the ocean view. It is awesome whe I work up every morning watching the sunrise blended with the waves sound. Only the washroom needs to be upgraded.

Amazing location, in the heart of North Isla Mujeres, which is where all the tourism happens. The place was exactly as advertised, maybe even a little bit better. Pretty safe and clean.

Could have done without having to wear wrist bands to get in and out of the building, otherwise we had a great stay

Great place that exactly matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and accommodated our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a beautiful beach and offers the pool a few meters from the property.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

It was a wonderful three nights with our three girls (8, 5, 3). We enjoyed the pool, but mostly the convenient location to Playa Norte and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. The best ! Very safe and clean

Gorgeous space at the south end of the island with breathtaking views and a fantastic rooftop pool. Hector, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He arranged a golf cart rental for us, which made exploring the island so easy. When we needed to extend our stay by an extra day, he was very accommodating. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation...beautiful beach, places nearby to eat, walk, and shop. Only a few kitchen items (kettle) and cleaning items (broom) were missing, but nothing that would overshadow the stay.

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself

Our stay was absolutely impeccable. My wife and I had an amazing time — truly nothing to complain about. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, and everything we needed was within walking distance: the ferry to Isla Mujeres, corner stores, local restaurants, and some of the best street tacos we’ve ever had. The sunrises were stunning and made every morning feel special. Our host was amazing — super helpful and gave great local recommendations and suggestions that made our experience even better. We felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on every future trip. Highly recommend!
