It is a house where its owners Sergio and Marisol (a friendly couple) live on the first floor. The private apartment available is located on the second floor of the house; it has a separate entrance for guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a living room. A beautiful private bathroom, kitchenette (fully stocked). Sheets, towels, and a hairdryer. Excellent Wi-Fi connection with high speed of 800 Megabytes (Mbps) and cable TV.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, pleasant and ideal for being with children. We loved the entertaining room, you can watch movies comfortably you or the kids, as well as play as it has some toys for them. Even reading a while, something you'd like for your little interesting book offer. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We didn't hear bulla almost in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest that is located next to the condominium that is very nice to observe. And Karina, she was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

A wonderful place to rest. Privileged view, you can hear the sea and the house is very comfortable and with all the necessary things for a good stay. We were hit by a swell and strong wind which made an excellent experience. Coni is very friendly and the place is just like the photographs. We will undoubtedly return.

This house is a black island jewel, and that I will now carry in my heart. . Melania is a very good host and answered my doubts very quickly. The house was very tidy, it had everything. The wood-burning stove makes all the difference!. The hot water worked perfect and the casita has very good lighting with some very functional lucarnas. Thank you Melania for making our weekend memorable! 💕

The place is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The bed, bathroom and kitchen items were spotless. Mrs. Tere, who took care of us, was extremely kind, she went to look for us almost until the descent of the bus and left us at the door of the cabin. The sector is also super cute, albeit a little far from the main avenue, but nothing that can't be walked. The cabin has wifi that worked great and cable TV, so in short, it's a great place to stay.
