We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! Relax in this boho unit. 5 min driving to the airport, close enough for a quick transfer but located in a dead end, tranquil street; 5 min walking to the beach; 10 min driving to Old San Juan. Enough parking in front of properties. Near recreational park, tennis and basketball court. Full bed, TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, single stove top, and Wi-Fi. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.
