Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Isla Verde Beach

Perfect location for what we had planned for this trip. Host responded so quickly. The place was amazing in terms of location, pool, private parking and proximity to the beach and restaurants. We ended up seeing many parts of the island in addition to San Juan. The bakery nearby was incredible. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

I LOVED this Airbnb. Janet was a great host ! And the apartment was also amazing. It’s private and safe since not everyone has access to entry (safety was very important to me). The apt is located on a strip where there are also other hotels, a grocery store, a pharmacy, so if you need anything you can walk to it. There’s a really nice pool as well. Janet was helpful and very responsive! There were also useful things included in the Airbnb such as an iron, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, and towels. I really enjoyed the location it was very close to the beach and not too far from San Juan. Overall, I’d recommend for a solo trip or with friends/family.

Yarisma & Héctor were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. The space is very nice and well situated next to the beach, as well as many restaurants and other things you might need (groceries, convenience store, cafes) in Carolina. Easy to reach from airport and also close to downtown San Juan/Old San Juan. There are lots of materials in the place in terms of toiletries and things for the kitchen that made the stay super convenient. The apartment felt very secure and is well-represented by the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

What more can we say… but look no further and stay here. Its a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt, overlooking the beach. Clean, well kept, in a private very secure apt bldg, easy to get to in 5 mins from the airport. The hosts sent us very clear instructions how to access a lockbox. Parking spot avail. The secure facilities needed keys to open the common ent inc gates/door/elevator/beach access/apt. The apt was well lit with a balcony and this mesmerizing full view of the ocean from the balcony and BR windows. The apt was well stocked with everything and more, even down to a fresh bar of soap. Its these little things that matter, use of beach gear included dive masks, noodle, beach chair, towels etc. Kitchn -utensils, coffee, creamer, sugar. The bath stocked with sunscreen, insect repellant and more. walk dwn to beach, restaurants, old san juan was a 20 min drive away. This area of Isla verde/Carolina beach is excellent. Thank you so much for an excellent stay. We will be back.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. Thank you Javier, I would definitely choose your location anytime.

Great Location & Place Calm & Lovely

It was amazing close to a lot of places. Very comfortable and clean.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

Great place! It has a beautiful view and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are absolutely phenomenal and very responsive. Definitely worth it, don’t hesitate booking!

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
