"Alegria" dreamy views in a place to fall in love

Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We've found that guests who arrive in peace find peace, we've discovered that those who arrive in love fall even more in love, we've discovered that those who bring happiness with them not only spread it to those around them, but usually leave even happier.

The lagoon El Trebol is located on the Circuito Chico, about 30 minutes by car from downtown Bariloche. The area is very safe and is a few blocks from the full shopping center and public transportation. To access the apartment you have to go up one floor by stairs. It has a garage and grill.

Had a great week with the whole family here. The house is modern, spacious and well maintained, and has a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. The hostess was really friendly and responsive, and was there to greet us on the first day. Would 100% recommend it.

It's a story house, a dream come true! I can't write in words everything beautiful about the place and the house, the view is second to none! The house had everything we needed and more, super warm. Everything is spotless. It's a place that is clearly made with love and passion. It is very private and safe, we enter by vehicle and it is close to downtown. Entering the place is film. Everything is very beautiful, we are in love. Marcia very kindly allowed us to stay a few more hours of check out. We are super grateful and happy for those dreamy days that we live in that house!! Congratulations to the owners ✨

We had a great time, the yurta is a unique experience! The bed was comfortable and the hot tub refreshed us after a long drive. Beautiful apartment, equipped, with new furniture and bed linen. The highlight is the breathtaking view of the lake with the snow-capped mountains in the background. We really liked the heated pool and access to the arelauquen country club / golf that allowed us to take beautiful photos. Oh, I couldn't forget to mention that Jenny is very helpful, I needed to check out a little later and she allowed it without any problems. When I return to Bariloche, I will definitely stay there again ❤️

The photos don't do justice to the beauty level of this house. It really is an art piece! It has all the details and comforts and a dream environment. Laura reached out as soon as we booked and gave us all the super detailed information, and was attentive to our arrival so we wouldn't get lost. Villa Traful is a beauty, the house is close to several trails and only the road to the center is worth a walk. I hope we can come back! Thank you Laura for everything

The house is very nice and comfortable. I traveled with my family (my husband and my three children), including two babies, 1 and 2 years old. I was worried about the stairs, but I had protection at the top, which was a great relief. The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the kitchen had absolutely everything: utensils, coffee, sugar, mate, oil and salt, something that is really appreciated. Silvia's service was exceptional: always attentive, attentive and providing useful recommendations at all times. The location is great if you are driving. It is in the middle of the small circuit, near the dinosaur park, the Campanario hill, the Patagonia brewery, the Swiss colony and several viewpoints. The center is about 20-25 minutes away by car. In short: a wonderful place. I recommend it 100%.
