Condo holiday rentals in Island of Montreal

A studio that fits a lot in a great location. The studio is tastefully remodeled. Property manager needs to manage it with a closer look since the cleaning is leaving unfinished laundry in the dryer. All supplies cluttered in thr house. As an Airbnb host myself, I understand how much work it gets into the management. I must give a 5 star review for it’s particularly harder for a small place. Good luck! But I won’t come again.

Momo is a very responsive and proactive host that makes sure everything is up to par for your stay. The place was as described in the pictures and had no complaints apart from the lingering cigarette smell from the previous guest. Super smooth check in and easy to find definitely worth it if you’re looking for something in this area.

The accommodation matches the description. It is very accessible and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very well equipped to cook. In addition, it was very clean when we arrived. The subway is not far, but only to go into the city. There are bakeries, small supermarkets nearby for shopping, the market with all its beautiful colors and products and even nice little shops that are worth a visit. Same for brunch or other. In any case, since I regularly return to Montreal and if the opportunity arises to rent it out again, I will do so without hesitation. Thank you for trusting us.

Beautiful, modern space and exceptionally clean. Neighbourhood was quiet and was in walking distance to public transit. Hosts were friendly and checked in on me once during my stay, which I appreciated. I would stay again!

We have spent more than 3 weeks in the apartment as a family of 3 and not for a second we've felt that anything was missing. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Not having a metro station in a walking distance was slightly inconvenient, there're multiple bus lines operating in the area, so you can get around the city relatively fast. Florance has been incredible helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Definitely recommend!

We were thrilled with our 4 nights! We appreciated having a parking "canopy" in the alley, being able to control the heat; having laundry facilities inside; being able to cook meals; and having a huge table to use for meals, etc. Very comfy and welcoming. The apartment is the bottom floor of a 2-level building; we barely heard any noise from above. Inside, the comfortable layout made it clear that Sarah & her partner live there sometimes. Sarah's communication & responsiveness was top tier. The location is FANTASTIC. We walked everywhere, enjoying our stops at the Te Guru (for matcha); eating at La Maison De Mademoiselle Dumpling; getting bagels & pastries on every other block; spending quality pub time at Vice et Versa; and of course, shopping in & around Jean Talon Market. The Beaubien Metro stop got us downtown quickly on a frigid day, and we even took an "underground" tour (via Airbnb). We've stayed in multiple Montreal Airbnbs; we're returning to this one! Thanks again.

Nancy's place felt a lot like home. The location cool and the place is definitely better in person (though in photos it already looks amazing). It also felt mostly central since most of the "sights" are in touristy areas, this place was tucked away perfectly in peaceful neighborhood. A fan of the bedding and linen and towels too--in case anyone cares about that...And she also had a binder of recs that were helpful for us too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Montreal.

This place is a great place to stay! You’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive. There are plenty of parking spaces, and it’s conveniently located near the center.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in a boho style, creating a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive to all my questions, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! 😊

Clean place to stay and everything working. Deli close by for good poutine and Montreal style sandwiches. Mall close by with IGA, Shoppers Drug mart, Tim Hortons and Metro Transit stop

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Amanda was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The space was very comfortable (especially that sofa!) and the neighborhood was great, with tons to do. It was nice to have dedicated parking and the AC was very helpful since it was pretty hot! Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay again!

Ali was a wonderful host & our stay was great. The place was perfect and accommodated all our needs. The location is near lots of outdoor areas and trains so it was very convenient.

We had a great stay at Clement’s. It was small but perfect for what we needed. It was very modern in design. The building was very quiet and had security at the door. We enjoyed St. Denis street which was just a few blocks away. It was a short ride to Old Montreal. Thanks Clement.

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

We had an amazing stay at Jacqueline’s house! The home is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every room was well-equipped, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space feel like a home away from home. Jacqueline was a fantastic host. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to any questions we had and provided helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made our stay special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jacqueline’s place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

We had a great stay at Rim's place. It featured amazing views and beautiful, clean, modern features. The amenities (exercise room, pool, hot tub) were wonderful. Centrally located, the apartment is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and sites. Rim was very responsive and helpful. Communication was proactive and almost immediate. We had a minor issue with a drain that got stuck, and Rim arranged to have it fixed right away. When we come back to Montreal, we will definitely choose to stay with Rim again in this excellent place. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very pleasant stay at this beautiful home. Simple and easy check-in instructions. Well stocked and clean home. Felt right at home. Location is fantastic, hour drive to montreal and food and stores in town easily accessible.

This condo was really nice and the view was so relaxing. Close to restaurants and stores and short drive to the spa. I would highly recommend it!!

Great apartment. Convenient and walkable to Mont Royal and the old town. Communication was a breeze and we really appreciated the detailed directions and instructions to access the parking. Well worth it!
