I'll lead you through a short series of warm-up exercises before we head out. • On the first segment of our route, I'll guide you along paths overlooking the sea as we head toward Vouliagmeni's Four Seasons resort. • After a short rest, we'll embark on the second segment of the hike, strolling to a small church overlooking the marina. There, we'll stretch again, and I'll guide you through a relaxing meditation. You'll leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. Reconnect with nature, boost your energy, and decompress—all right next to the clear waters of the Mediterranean.

I’ll share the rich history of Greek beekeeping, a tradition my family has upheld since 1935, brought to life with artifacts and stories from our heritage. • We’ll start with a honey and olive oil tasting at my family’s Melira shop, sampling eight rare monovarietal honeys like carob, heather, and thyme and olive oil from our olive groves . I’ll share stories about how we relocate beehives to areas with specific flowers and plants, and you’ll enjoy cutting and tasting fresh honeycomb . • Next, we’ll visit a nearby spot to try handmade loukoumades (Greek donuts) topped with monovarietal honeys, praline, and traditional spoon sweets like black cherry and grape. At another cozy location, you’ll savor Greek yogurt paired with different honeys, discovering how each enhances the yogurt’s creamy richness. • We’ll finish back at the shop, where I’ll answer your questions, share tips, and help you find your favorite flavors. You’ll leave with a small jar of honey, handmade soap, and sweet memories, along with a deeper appreciation for Greece’s culinary traditions.

The scent of smoldering coals and freshly baked dough fills the air as we gather to embrace one of Greece’s most time-honored traditions: making Greek breakfast pie. This isn’t just a cooking class but a journey—from kneading the dough to baking over an open fire, every step is a story in and of itself. • Upon arrival at Akra, I’ll walk you through our restaurant and bakery, where we’ll discuss the philosophy of using seasonal, organic ingredients in Greek cuisine. • Next, we’ll prepare the fire together, learning how to control heat for baking over hot coals. Make your own dough from scratch and roll it out. • Together, we’ll prepare a seasonal hortopita (wild greens pie), assembling both a large communal pie and personal mini pies. As they bake, you’ll learn about the significance of fire cooking, ingredient selection, and time-honored baking methods. • Once they are golden and crisp, we’ll plate the pies with fresh eggs and artisanal cheeses and then enjoy them together. Traditional Greek food tour in hidden Athens

Visit local streets and see, taste and shop for cheese, cured meat, fruits, sweets and spices in the markets full of colour, scents and noise. Sample olives, oil and honey from a farmer and local barrel wine made on the tavernas premises. On tours starting at 3.00pm , the fish and meat market are starting to close so we go quickly to see as much as possible. On Sundays and weekly tours starting after 3.30pm markets ARE SHUT so on this tour we will visit a taverna and eat traditional Athenian food and go to a spice shop and a honey and olive oil producer to taste these amazing products! We will enjoy a fantastic deli with a cured meat and cheese tasting and sample Greek coffee and fruits from a local producer. Many tastings offered including sit down meals of meat and fish on all our tours, as you learn about Greek culture from people who live it daily. You will have many friends in Athens at the end of this experience! Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available however, vegan options NOT available on Sundays. Drone Athens Riviera to Cape Sounio's Poseidon Temple Sunset

Together we will discover the memorable ATHENIAN RIVIERA, which starts from the city center and ends at Sounio Peninsula, where the temple of the God of the Sea is located. The total route is around 140km (around 87 mi) by the coastline. For you to get to know the suburbs of Athens and enjoy the views, cliffs, lakes, sea, sun, FOOD, beaches with emerald waters. It is an ideal journey with locals (we will provide all the information needed for a wonderful stay here in Greece)! The pick up point is near the Acropolis museum and from there depending on season we will see many locations such as the Cultural Center (SNFCC) of Athens, the lake Vouliagmeni-a rare geological thermal phenomenon with spa fish-, small towns and villages near the cape, beaches and of course the Temple of Poseidon situated on an idyllic landscape. The Doric temple, which was erected during the Golden age and was devoted to Poseidon is at the southernmost point of Attica region. A trip totally worth it for the views and landscapes you'll get to see. And also for the drone photos and videos we will be doing (4k quality, you'll receive them at your email). We are certain that the sunset (the 2nd best that Greece has to offer) and the aura of the temple will captivate you as it happens with us every single time. Our cat-walk starts near the foothill of Acropolis where we meet our first sociable kitties, get to know their names and their backstories. Freddie and his siblings will welcome you to their area, while Kolovos -our tuxedo boy- will enjoy your petting! We continue our walk through a park where we will meet fluffy Swiffer & Bengal boy who will lure you with their charms together with their feline friends! Strolling through the quiet streets of this neighborhood we find out that every block has a small colony of cats, like chatty Nala and shy Simba ready to still your hearts. We continue our walk towards another park and find our last colony where will meet Gazelle and her best buddy Billy Ray, among others. Our cat - walk finishes at Thissio metro station.
