Todo en planta baja, no hay que subir escaleras. Entrada individual y salida al jardín desde la terraza. Esta temporada vamos a prestar especial atención al aspecto, a la limpieza en el apartamento y a la seguridad sanitaria frente al coronavirus. Beautiful townhouse 5 minutes walk to the beach. Located in a gated community with a private parking space. It has three floors. Two bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each and a bathroom with a shower on the middle floor and a master bedroom with a double bed, suite type with a terrace and a bathroom on the top floor, totally independent. The ground floor living area has a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet with a sink and shower, a laundry room, a pantry and a garden with access from the living room.
