The cottage was very cosy and comfortable. It had a nice, homey atmosphere. Parking was also good as we had no problems pulling in and out. Would recommend overall.

Lovely spacious home in a great location. Plenty of walks from the door and only 10 min walk down to the beach. Really good log burner which was welcome on the chilly evenings! Lobster Pot restaurant nearby is great for a meal

We had a fantastic stay at Coedfa House! Our group included five adults, a toddler, and three dogs, and the house suited us perfectly. The property is absolutely stunning—from the beautifully maintained gardens to the elegant and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s clear that Beth has poured a great deal of care and attention into creating a luxurious and welcoming space. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials you could possibly need. A special highlight for us was the selection of toys available for our three-year-old, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus. Access to the swimming pool and gym at The Waterloo Hotel was another fantastic perk. The location is ideal, tucked away up a quiet hill for peace and privacy, yet just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. The town offers a variety of restaurants and Swallow Falls is also just a 10-minute away. We would recommend staying!

This is a beautiful home that you feel at home in straight away. Comfortable and cosy and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, just a stone throw to Treadur Bay and so easy to the main roads to explore the island. The hosts really are super hosts and communicate really well and make everything as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful property for anyone.

Lovely little site. Cabin was exactly as advertised and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Exactly what we needed after a long day of walking.

Excellent location, over looking the river. Super comfy beds. Within easy reach of Zipworld Penrhyn Quarry. Full bathroom plus an en suite WC. Secure site with electric vehicle gate entrance. Plenty of parking dotted around the site.

As described, in a location that is as pretty as a picture. Super close to Zip World, so it was ideal for our party. Really enjoyed winding down on the terrace, at the end of the day, watching the sun set over the mountain. Only one minor quibble, related to the stifling heatwave we experienced: it would have been nice to have a fan in each bedroom, as the lodge is right next to the A5 so we didn't feel we could leave the windows open during the night. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was great, the sounds of the river, the privacy of the hot tub. My car was right outside so no hassle getting things that were packed. Bed was great. I would note that the WiFi/service isn’t very great, but it’s a great opportunity to switch off and enjoy other things. Brilliant stay and so worth it

We spent a peaceful night at Ogwen Bank. Everything was comfortable and spacious. The setting was beautiful along the river. The hot tub was clean and hot, ready as soon as we arrived.

Great home from home place to stay. Super clean and quiet. On the edge of a golf course and just on the outskirts of Llandudno. It was a great base for many Wales attractions. Although the plan was to use the hot tub, we didn’t get chance due to the wild and crazy weather. Donna was really responsive to messages. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and stay again ⭐️😊

Beautiful caravan with lovely furnishing, very clean and modern, the garden is a delight, so private and well kept. Loads of amenities nearby, pubs, beaches, restaurants etc.. everything you could possibly need is supplied in the caravan, would definitely recommend .

Perfect place to stay for all amenities. Close to Snowdonia, lovely Waterfalls and walks and beach only 20 mins away. The house fully equipped. The hosts had thought of everything from stair gates for small children to games room for slightly older children. Would have no hesitation recommending this property.

Had a great stay at Sara's place! Sara was super responsive and helpful before beforehand, will a helpful information pack and detailed information. The park is lovely, situated in nice woodland and a great location by Porthmadog for amenities. Perfect for exploring Snowdonia. Wasn't the best weather whilst we were there but still lots to do and had a sunny day to goto the excellent Black Rock beach which was only 15-20 minutes drive away. The caravan had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable, the TV and streaming services helped with the weather and the air fryer came in handy! The outside space was particularly nice and comfortable (wish we could have used it more!). Only bad point was the bedrooms weren't quite big enough for our travel cot, but in fairness that was our fault for not looking at the photos properly! Would definitely stay again, had a lovely trip. We just enjoyed a lovely weekend away here, two sets of families. This was a perfect location for enjoying time with the children, as the beach was walkable and the street was peaceful. The house is beautiful inside, as described in the advert. Jonathon was very helpful when messaged.
