Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Isle Verde Beach

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Wonderful stay for a PR trip with the family! Enjoyed the jacuzzi and liked having a family dinner inside and outside. Comfy beds and very clean place! Truly a relaxing and very nice place to call home on a PR vacation!

Michael's property is located in a vibrant and exciting area of San Juan. The home itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Directly across the street is a rooftop bar offering stunning views—an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the mini-mart next door serves food and coffee; Jaime, the cook, was especially welcoming and provided excellent local recommendations. The private parking spot was a major plus, especially since we used our rental car to explore the area, including trips into Old San Juan. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Juan.

Hector is the best host ever! I stayed at his place for my birthday trip, and he truly went above and beyond for me. He's very responsive, and his place is close to everything you need. The instructions were super easy to follow, which made my first airbnb experience smooth and stress-free. The space felt cozy, safe, and full of good energy the whole time. I can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful airbnb with parking. Plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures / description. A big plus were the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and my favorite bakery. The host sent several recommendations of things to do / places to eat. Would definitely come back to this airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

I stayed here for the week of my wedding and it was perfect. The hosts were very helpful recommending local restaurants. The home is beautiful and well insulated temperature and sound wise. The neighborhood is calm beautiful and the neighbors were very nice and respectful. The area was very accessible both day and night via driving or Uber/taxi. The host also went the extra step of setting up bride to be decorations for me which was so beautiful and appreciated. A great place to stay if you want to live like an islander.

It was clean, easy to enter, and soo cute. Her dad was welcoming and so sweet highly recommend and would stay again!!

Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

I traveled for my birthday weekend with my small family(3). I first have to say that host sent me clear information on how to get to the apartment. Second the apartment is very cozy, comfortable and the most important for my husband and I was the cleanliness of the apt. Also, host is always in communication with you. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it without doubts. Only downside is that apartment building do need some aesthetic work anyhow everything is accurate and if I go back, I would stay at this place again.

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

I spent two weeks with my wife on our honeymoon in a unit owned by West Indies Rentals. We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Not only were the hosts incredibly responsive and flexible, but the property was pristine and the room matched the listing perfectly. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to travel to Puerto Rico.

We couldn't of picked a more perfect place to stay. The place itself and the view was even more beautiful in person. Going to sleep and waking up to hearing the waves from the ocean was amazing. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed to head out back to the beach with. Lee was amazing and responsive throughout the whole process. If we ever had the opportunity to come back I would 100% stay here again.

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

Javier’s place was a 10/10! This is my 4th time I’ve been to San Juan in the past three months and this place beat every other place I have stayed at in my previous trips. The place looks exactly like the pictures listed. The place was clean. The location was great since La Placita is there as soon as you step out of the building. Like almost review mentions it does get a little loud during the evening but the window block it out and most of the time it’s an enjoyable vibe. The wrap around balcony is great and the views are amazing. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere near La Placita, where everything is close by, and Ubers are very inexpensive.

It was a great spot for two people and ideally located less than 10 minutes from the airport, which was perfect after a long flight. We truly appreciated your responsiveness and flexibility with the early check-in. The room looked just like the photos, and while the building is a bit older, it's still very nice. The proximity to the shopping center with various food options and a large drugstore was incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed the direct beach access from the building, though we noted the gates are chain-locked at 9 PM. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi wasn't warm and was being used as a kiddy pool. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the location! I would definitely recommend Vivian's place and consider staying here again.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Carol was a great host, and the place was just like the photos! The view was fantastic, the apartment was new, modern and super clean. The location was great as it was close to everything, many restaurants and beaches, all walkable. We miss it already, as we had such a great time. Definitely highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s apartment. She was an excellent host and check in was easy. The apartment was spotless and made us feel at home. The building is secure and you are steps away from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Isla Verde and you are walking distance from anything you need. I would recommend Linda’s apartment and I would definitely stay here again when we return to PR.

Carolina’s apartment was very beautiful, as soon as we walked in we were blown away by the view. The living room balcony and the windows in the bedroom were amazing and provided a very nice breeze, there is also AC which was nice after long beach days. The room is literally a 2 min walk away from Condado beach, super accessible to many restaurants, beaches and amazing sights. Ubers are super cheap in this area, no need to worry if Ubers are your transportation for your trip. Carolina was an excellent host she was responsive, friendly and super accommodating when she was able to. She provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and other things you may need for your trip. Definitely would recommend this air bnb and would return when in PR
