Mökki sijaitsee jaetussa pihapiirissä perimmäisenä, metsämaiseman ympäröimänä. Rinteisiin pääsee laskemalla (ski-in/ski-out). Hiihtoladulle n. 200 m. Hotelli Iso-Syötteen upeat palvelut, kuten myös keskuksen muut palvelut ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainti rinteessä, joten maasto haastava.

Suurista ikkunoista avautuva kynttiläkuusinäkymä tarjoaa puitteet vähän paremmalle lomalle hiihtolatujen ja kelkkareitin vieressä. Mökissä poreallas sekä lasikattoinen grillikota, johon käynti suoraan terassilta. Rovaniemelle on matkaan vain n. 160km esim. Santa Park jne. Oulu n. 150km.
