Our apartment allows you to enjoy with your family or friends thanks to its capacity of 6-8 persons. Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

Canadian cottage of 20 m2 completely new and equipped, consisting of a main room with mezzanine plus an annex of 6 m2 with laundry and storage. A 20 m2 solarium terrace with stunning views of the vésubie valley and mercantour park. Ideally located, 5 minutes from the spa resort of berthemont the baths , and about twenty minutes from the various departures to the mercantour park: Valleys of the gordolasque, the boreon and the madonna of the windows.

Our apartment has been renovated and furnished recently with care. Everything has been designed to be practical, harmonious and very comfortable. The bedding is first choice (160 bed / 160 sofa bed). The building is very well located (facing south) next to the funicular which takes you to the start of the slopes (2 mins away). The view of the mountains is spectacular. The 9 m2 terrace is a real plus in all seasons. Private parking in the basement.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
